If we all made up our own laws and rules, can you imagine the chaos?!? 😂
It would be "Calvin Ball - The Legal Justice Edition" 🤪
It is more that he has a woeful misunderstanding about the actual laws in place.
It would be like someone saying they can't be affected by gravity because they are inside a house.
It is provably wrong, but not something you can fully explain unless you pull out a whiteboard.
We do make up our own laws and there is chaos lol. (I know what you meant though)
@@YukoValis Gravity, as you believe it to be, is not a law.
Welcome to libertarianism.
Is it just me, or does the prosecution seem entirely uninterested?
Well the arguments were so bad it’s hard to get excited about it.
It's only a probable-cause hearing. She could sleep thru it.
@@danielgautreau161I do believe she was actually sleeping through this. Maybe she had bad allergies and took a Benadryl because that is exactly how I sound when I take Benadryl.😊
Seems like she needs to go over to probation for her own drug test
I was thinking she was on the front end of being sick with a cold or the flu.. or maybe it's an early morning hearing and she was out partying all night.
The prosecutor needs to go to over to probation for a drug test.
Don't you think so??? Maybe she didn't get enough sleep!!!
Did you read through what you wrote?
? What did I miss
@@DMSJagXKI read it.
I was thinking the same. She is slurring her words. However, I'd imagine everyone in the Fulton County Judicial system is exhausted all.the.time.
Who consents to being arrested?
I've consented to being arrested.
depends on if its a female officer
As far as I know, John Doe (Kevin Spacey), in “Se7en” did. That’s about it.
Homelesses in Winter!! 😅
The prosecutor's manner of speaking is grating on me. It's like she didn't get enough sleep last night.
Or maybe she hates the fact that she even has to rebutt the silly things being said by the defendant
There’s a dilemma. Does dealing with sovcit defendants necessitate more coffee or alcohol?
You should petition the courts to provide her with a voice coach. RUclips viewers desetve the highest quality entertainment.
I was wondering if the court was keeping her up. 😂
@@mam362 It's the same when she's doing direct examination though, she'd be doing that regardless of the defendant being represented or not. Actually now I've gotten to her making objections and she sounds way more energetic.
This officer is really good! Love how he responds!
Never put your hands on someone who is acting erratically
I read that as ‘never put a hat on someone who is acting erratically’ 😂😂😂
Checking on someone is not putting your hands on someone! 😂
@@markheckman2196 well, putting your hand on them when checking on them is the definition of putting your hands on someone. Is your hand on them? How did it get there?
Work event when you know each other. Could understand concern.
Unless you intend to strike first.
Judge Mannings face while he is testifying in the narrative is priceless 🤣. The glasses come off, the tip of the arm of the glasses pressed between her lips and the raised eyebrows 😂 The prosecutor seems like there is something wrong with her. Look at her mannerisms when arguing bond. She seems like she is on something. God Bless 🥰
Could the prosecutor sound more bored?
Sounds like she might be sick to me
I guess I'm not the only one who noticed the prosecutor she seems sleepy in a questionable way
Maybe sick, certainly disinterested. If the defendant had spoken like that Judge Manning would not have tolerated it
I think we found the missing Xanax from another case.
Her nose wiping tells me she's not bored. She's having her own little party.
First time seeing Judge Manning deal with SovShit. She was surprisingly reserved during testimony and oral arguments. I think she's just resigned to, "I'll just let this dude sink in court and end up in prison, where he belongs."
A very efficient way to get him off the streets in the long run.
A judicial version of Rope a Dope!
19:00 - “law of thermodynamics”‼️ Oh that gutted me! Well done Mike, WELL frickin done. 😂🤪😄
Love the fact Judge Manning let him ask the question, "did I consent to be arrested", and loved the officer's answer. It's a fabulously stupid question, but he's allowed to ask fabulously stupid questions. Could Defendant have objected to the extended answer as unresponsive, everything after "no, he did not consent to being arrested"?
I do appreciate the US judicial system; everybody is entitled to a defence. It doesn't say that the defence has to be sensible or intelligible, it just means they are given a chance to defend themselves. I wonder how many of the SovCit's realise there is no "do over" when it comes to the appeal system.
If we all were able to consent to be arrested heck no one would be in jail😮😮
Judge Manning could have cleared 10 cases in the time this one dragged out. Not sure which was more annoying, Mr. I Don’t Consent or the Prosecutor from Sleepy Hollow.
I sure agree with you. Feel sorry for the judge.
I don't know if it' fair to call him "a simpleton" as he seems intelligent enough. Now an "ignoramus"?. THAT shoe fits perfectly!
I like how the judge just sidesteps the sovereign argument and just continues to rule according to her understanding.
Prosecutor is half asleep. She doesn't care about what's happening.
This guy has skated on several charges already. Time to pay the piper.
His argument against bond was actually an argument in support of increased bond to me.. If he truly believes that punching someone hard enough to knock them out is appropriate for that situation then he's a danger to the public because there's no telling when he'll overreact and go off on someone again.
Why is K. Bosque not covering her nose with her mask??? Doses she have a built in nose filter????
It should be a crime for these poor fools to be duped into believing this absolutely ridiculous and false/misleading and convoluted information, then being allowed to spew this nonsense in a court proceeding!!!😎😡😠
@@ricklavasseur6142 Thats the court reporter. The "mask" is a recorder. She repeats everything they say into a transcription machine to produce the record.
I just wish a judge would say “well - you’re of that legal opinion. But you’re wrong. There’s never been any interpretation of anything you say that has shown to be valid. No, your name in writing isn’t a corporation. No, capital letters doesn’t change who is responsible for this. No, there’s no such thing as a straw man who can absorb all of your social responsibilities.”
No, she shouldn't try to educate the fool. Let him spout his nonsense in front of a jury. They need a good laugh.
@@49525Bob I don’t disagree. But the problem is jury’s aren’t educated in these. Further, the further this gets along in the process, the higher likelihood that it gets dismissed because of any random technicality. And every time it gets dismissed, these idiots advertise it as a win. I don’t support anything that encourages willful stupidity
Your “understanding” of the law is delusional and totally wrong
@@stephenmarcus7051 lol. You’ve gotta word those more carefully. I though you were referring to me and not to the guy in the video.
The judge should say all that...and then finish off with, "I award you no points. And my God have mercy on your soul."
The Newtons 3rd Law defence was hillarious
Just in case nobody has pointed it out yet, he cited Newton's 3rd Law of Motion, not Thermodynamics. It's okay, Mike's a Math major, not Physics.
I was speaking contemporaneously but had the same thought as soon as I said it😂
Prosecutor sounds like she just woke up from a nap.
Shes still napping
I keep hearing Judge Middleton say "Jabberwacke"
Vogon poetry makes more sense than these Sovereign Citizen muppets.
😂
Yeah maybe it was a failure of imagination that he didn't come up with sovcit word salad
It reminds me of "Ode to a Small Lump of Green Putty I Found in My Armpit One Midsummer Morning"
LMAO, He really went with the "Teacher he touched me first" defence.
If this guy had said “there will be no cutting of trees” he would be a LTWM legend
The people around me on the plane think I’ve lost my mind with the giggling and snorting. This was excellent!
The defendant didn’t seem surprised by the ruling. He needs to practice his feigned surprise.😂
How dare these judiciary servants impose their fraudulent laws on this proud Wakandan King 🦁
Bwahaha. 😂😂😂😂😂
I wish she would have told him that his understanding of the law is incorrect.
I'm working from home today so I finally was able to spend time with my favourite Mike in real time. Glad the flamingoes are so happy and love you very much. You"re our favourite Law Papi.
I have yet to catch it live!
BINGO on “Straw-man”!!!!!😂😅😂
Wow! An actual gold fringe argument made unironically. That's awesome.
Also, I think he said "optional and equisite reaction" not "equal and opposite".
The gold fringe around a flag does represent a court of Vice Admiralty. Trouble is, it is a pirate court and not even a court of Vice Admiralty?
You really have to wonder how law and order works in their little world.
No one can be punished for any crime because they refuse to consent and law enforcement cannot force them to stop the crime.
Little King syndrome.
I guess a lot of criminals in jails and prisons missed the memo that all they had to do was say “I don’t consent” and all would be good. Astoundingly stupid
Bro said all the sovcit buzzwords and even brought physics into this. Bravo! (The prosecutor needs a nap and what does Bosque have over her mouth?)
Bosque is the court reporter….. she’s properly dictating the court records!
A Dictaphone.
@@TheMakersMarkTSF More specifically a "stenomask" - Dictaphone was a company now owned by Microsoft that made various dictation machines.
@@TheFhqwhgadsLimitis she talking into it? How does it work?
@@lisawatson9570Yes. She repeats everything they say to create the record. It takes some special training but its very accurate.
I still have PTSD from reading Marbury v. Madison in law school. 🤣
He bought the deluxe sovcit package didn't he ??
"Oooo, I wanna see the tazing!" OH Mike ya read my mind! Can a Canadian like me foia that footage? 😂
You really just want to see the judge burst out laughing, going on to say "youre spouting tripe!"
As a replay crew member, can I call bingo? I had newton’s 3rd law 😂
“Bay-sic-all-lee… not really” 😂😂😂
The judge certainly helped the defendant, a lot more than other judges. How nice of her. Had the defendant, at least consulted with a real attorney, such attorney might have saved ‘His Majesty’ a little time; if not a little embarrassment.
They have no shame
Did this guy hit every single Moor and Sov Cit talking point? I think he might have. He should get some kind of prize for that. The "Most Wrong" award or something.
We didn't get "Notice to agent is notice to principal".
We also didn’t get the whole “they are demanding he bear gifts” deal…
Ooh, or the “I’m the executor of the person…” they are kinda hilarious, love how Judge Manning dealt with him though!
Wow, the prosecutor is a mess. I’ve never heard a prosecutor with such low-energy, and that seems so bored.
So unengaged (overworked, most likely) that rote legal words came out of her mouth that were not really applicable for the context. She used the word sufficient when arguing to keep the bond at 30k; sufficient makes most sense arguing for a lower bond or when saying there is enough evidence to find probable cause. Sad. I don't think negatively of her. Prosecutors' offices everywhere are short staffed. It seems very few law school grads are interested in the public servant life, especially at what the government is willing to pay them.
All messed up
Maybe she needs to go to the bathroom.
It’s low IQ
OMG that prosecutor sounds like she is in bed with her pj's on trying hard not to fall asleep. Very hard to listen to her.
I feel like I’ve already done the time for this, said every defendant ever 😂
Apparently, he does not understand the law and lives by several imaginary "laws" that are at best just belief, but in reality is more akin to utter nonsense.
You are right Mike, this is two hat stupid...
lmao this assistant DA seems like the one unconscious...holy moly. She should not be in this line of work...embarrassing
This video actually scares me. Like at first SCs were arguing "there is no victim, so there's no crime". Now they can argue "I did not consent to being arrested"? So Sovereigns legitimately DO believe they can do anything they want with no consequences... I hope I never meet one.
😂😂😂😂 Judge Manning was a fool for that! So funny!😆
Merry Time law….😂 what I can’t understand is when they want to cite what they think are applicable amendments from the bill of rights, but then also claim the court has a lack of jurisdiction over them because of some warped version of diplomatic immunity they think applies to a self proclaimed “non citizen”.
Have we ever seen Judge Manning with a sovcit before? I don't remember seeing any!
Wait What did that just happen? Judge Manning asked if he gave permission to be arrested????? 😂 OMG!!
The judges face is priceless.
"Yes, sir - you may arrest me..." As if anyone truly gives permission to be arrested. There's being cooperative, then there's "permission." Leaving for Europe for almost 3 weeks on Thursday. Hold my spot for me, Mike!!! 😁🌍
They do, to "arrest," in law, 's equivalent to a "surrender." You effectively surrender to the presumptions of the police as that's what "probable cause" is, presumption of cause.
"your honor, I have my own laws"
If he's internationally protected he should move to a different international location!
He should be deported back to Malawi!
The prosecuting attorney doesn't sound like the sharpest knife in the drawer.
In Mr. Kabooma's defense, he only rendered the victim's brain useless for a few minutes, but he's rendered his own brain useless for untold years.
Obviously, he doesn't see the harm in brains being useless, so there's no mens Rhea required for intentionally harming the victim.
It's the equivalent of Ronald McDonald giving you a big mac; he doesn't know it's bad for you.
*_Mens rea_
Does he actually think the judge is going to say, " yea you're right you are free to go".
Another tshirt slogan”HE TOUCHED ME FIRST…”
AAHHH you read my mind Mike!!! You next tshirt slogan…
I appreciate state. Simple and concise. No waste of breath to Mr. Sovereign Being
6:47---hey, whoah....that's hearsay isn't it? Especially since it ends with "...according to..."
Oh, love the new hat Mike!!🤠
So in this real life living kings opinion, if he's standing in line at Disney Land and a little girl brushes up against him, he has the right to drop the People's Elbow?
Sounds right.
The " I try to be fly" lawyer 😂
He is a king where he came from? Why would a king move to America to be oppressed?🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Someone placing their hand on your shoulder, does not give you permission to lay down a smack down!
LTWM...A Man of Many Hats 🥳
I see he's had at least 3 years of learning the SovCit, Blacks Law, Jabberwocky but I'm pretty sure Judge Manning went to a different University.
I was worried I had something in my coffee watching this when I got up. This is surreal. The goof takes sovcidiocy to a whole new level. Wow!
If he is a "international king" he should stay in his private castle. 😂
All these " kings" and "queens" in our country didn't study history, if they did they would know that we had a revolution and just that subject was settled , we don't have kings, and queens in this country, and we don't want them.
I would like to thank the police officer for accepting the nomination for Vice President of the United States in the Republican Party, and for responding to such a patriotic address.
has anyone in human history ever consented to being arrested or jailed? Thought I'd ask.
The prosecutor should have been more tenacious in objecting to the cross examination of the policeman witness. I don’t believe in giving leeway to the pro se defense and should be required to conduct their case according to the court’s procedures. This leeway just makes the courts have to waste resources and time.
I absolutely love me some Judge Manning!!
He doesn't really know our laws, but he sure is up on the SovCits laws 😂😂😂😂
I could BARELY understand the prosecutor. The DA needs to rethink her as THE face of their office in court. She had to be prompted several times by Manning to get it right. I no longer live in Fulton County because Manning in my opinion is the EXCEPTION to the rule in Fulton which is corruption and incompetence. ASK me how I know after living in the greater metro area since 1970. I now live outside that area - thank God!! Manning rocks though!!! She is one of a kind in any venue.
Yeah she didn't even figure out the right objection even when prompted.
At first, I was just annoyed at the way she mumbled and ran her words together. THEN... 12 to 13 minutes in, she's looking all around the room and then stands up because she isn't paying attending to what judge manning is saying. At that point, I was wondering if she was drunk
The Fulton County DA has been too busy with extracurricular activities to pay much attention to who is handling things.
Judge Manning wants to laugh so bad. 😂😂😂
I’ve been waiting for someone to actually make the flag argument, and it did not disappoint. It was so good I need a cigarette.
Is the court reporter using a Speech to Text translator? That's so cool!
Is that what that thing is? 🤔
*I think we all want to see him getting tased* 🤣😂🤣 *& I think we can all tell he is "New" to the law* 🤣😂🤣
My friend is an attorney, and when I showed him this video, he said all he hear was this.. blobloblibloblonlonloblo…
So the attacker got medical treatment at public expense and the victim who was knocked unconscious would have to pay considerable funds for medical services
I NEED to see this bodycam footage! 😅
“I’m a king where I come from”. 😅
"I am an internationally protected person" I think that is first time I've heard that line...so, essentially, he is saying no law in any country applies to him?
Or maybe he's implying that your [courts] go against every international convention of the United Nations?
Hee haw!! Ole Sparky got involved!!
There`s not enough hats for that guy. I would love to know what Judge Manning was thinking when he cut loose with the stupidity.
Sounds to me like he operates under stupid law and got locked the **** up by REAL law.
Umm....basically... not really. We're dealing with a Stable Genius.
Someone get that prosector a Grande Espresso to wake her up!
I LOVE this Judge... but Mike you have given me such an INSANELY WILD inteusive thought!! I see her face and IMMEDIATELY, my inner voice starts screaming "EAT 🐈, EAT 😻, EAT 🐈⬛️!!" 😋🤣😂 I am in need of some kinda therapy to get this phrase out my brain!! 😉
I was hoping you were going to show the tasing. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It’s amazing how he has a wealth of incorrect knowledge
My hubby got out of his only traffic ticket without even going to court because the officer put the days' date in for his birthday!
Lucky break
Thanks Mike!
All the questions judge!
So if I claim that I am a queen where I come from (my home), I can get away with murder? 61 years on this earth and I never knew that! Lol
