      yeah im in ap precal and my teacher gave us like 3 practice tests with frq and the 3rd question is always like this

      Yes it is confirmed that college board explains this is the type of question for the 3rd frq found in the course exam description

    For question c.ii at 25:06 , could you write it as the graph is concave down and it is decreasing at an increasing rate of change?

      I can’t say for certain what a grader would say. I get what you mean but the language can get confusing. I’d say the rate of change is decreasing because the graph is concave down.
