A cry for help after Portsmouth double homicide

"I'm going to stay out of trouble." That's what 20-year-old Khatori Harper reportedly told his Portsmouth neighbor. However, trouble found Harper Tuesday afternoon, as he was gunned down outside his home off Turnpike Road. A 14-year-old was also killed. There is currently no suspect information.
