Bravo, excellent interpretation of this must of the Baroque guitar repertoire; your rasgueados at the end are great; sonorous and wide but without being aggressive and your playing remains relaxed. Very well done!
It's funny when someone plays so well, that despite not initially having a particular interest in this exact type of Guitar (although I love it's sound) - This playing makes me more interested in the Instrument. Absolutely phenomenal Miguel - I saw your Canarios video and then decided I needed to see more of you and I can't find one video that doesn't amaze me. Thank you and bravo!
great performance!!! Somewhere near the end I thought I've heard two variations of La Folia taken out of Mauro Giuliani's set op. 45. Is that so, and if yes, why?
the golden age of the guitar.....fantastic! The Giuliani quotes from his Op 45 , at 3:49 are also very interesting, it is as if these two masters were having a conversation in the Olympus of great guitar music.
I'm sure you know already, but just in case... this is the folias theme, and has been used by several composers even way before Giuliani, and goes back to 16th century if not earlier...

@@CristianEzequielGuarinos A fin de cuentas todas las épocas toman prestado algo de las otras en mayor o menor medida. No hay un solo compositor que no lo haya hecho Desde Dowland,Bach, Vivaldi,Giuliani, ,es parte de la evolución natural musical y es precisamente eso lo que termina definiendo un estilo que se vuelve tendencia o característico de una época. Un músico es libre de hacer , arreglar y tocar lo que le genere placer y satisfacción y expresar las influencias que haya interiorizado lo cual no significa que "no tenga parámetros estéticos"
@@CristianEzequielGuarinos Dices que no existía el tremolo, pero desde Dowland ya se usaba el tremolo para cuerdas pulsadas," A Fancy" cuenta con una sección con dicha técnica.
@@CristianEzequielGuarinos Me parece que es precisamente como está tocando el tremolo el señor Rincón en este video, no usando el anular.. de la misma forma en que en el estudio 7 de Carcassi está indicado y que es como Ana Vidovic toca Recuerdos de la Alhambra EDITADO: ok, me equivoqué en el tremolo, me aprece que si usa el anular y lo hace a estilo flamenco
