What’s your opinion on safety and results of micro endoscopic posterior cervical discectomy?! I’ve had a pinched nerve on my C5 that causes arm chronic soreness and neck stiffness for 10yrs. I did chiro and every form of PT up to this point. I was looking into stem cell / PRP but I don’t see how that’s gonna take that pressure off the nerve. I need to have it cleaned out and removed from touching the nerve. What chances if it works does the issue return? I have given up and high impact exercise.
Do u suggest surgery if the person is having disc bulge in L4 L5 & due to that initially rt side sciatica nerve was compressing but now left side nerve is compressing & have numbness in left leg & foot drop also
i have had disc degenerative disorder for 21 years and its gotten really unbearable about 10 years ago and im only 45,i been begin for surgery but doctors say im to young for a risky surgery,i tell them yeah im to young to sufer like this,is it true that back surgery is to risky for someone who has sufered over 20 years of it
I had no choice but to get surgery on my spine broke my L1 so have a fusion I hate it I’m still in pain 15 years later and now I have bulgin discs and stenosis in my lumbar spine
Thanks for the great video. It addressed some of the questions I had.
Glad it was helpful!
I would rather die than have severe paralyzing complications from spinal surgery! Thank you so much Dr for educating us
My pleasure- thank you!

All surgery has risks, however, your surgeon will know the specific risks associated with you. Sorry I can't help more.
