Can you take it slow when you show a house you move to fast making it hard to get a better view of everything I noticed that in some of your videos. And you sometimes skip certain areas.

I love your video but I think that the filming takes a huge place in particularly house tours. I have to admit that your cameraman need to adjust his techniques. In fact, he encountered a lot of mistakes while filming as, not showing the whole room or moving to fast or showing u while you described the room. Xx

In this video I would have liked to see more of the floors because they looked beautiful. Also Jason is doing good but in my opinion he could do better like when walking he way to close to Caroline is feel like he invading her personal space and also the camera goes blurry for a bit so my suggestion is to step back 2-3 feet that you can show the walk way or the hall the stairway also also don’t try to move as fast as her cause the camera will shake just keep your pace a tad slower. Caroline if you could show more or talk about the kitchen and bathrooms like type counter it example: marble, granet, I think I spell that wrong,. But if you don’t know that ok and I understand hope you keep on showing more house close to these prices. But still great video and have a good day or night.

Who isn't
7 Million for this brand new 10,000 sqft home and there's no garage??? One of the things that really bugs me about these type of videos is they move so fast through these homes with the camera. It's one thing if your showing the house just for kicks, but if you have people watching these videos who are actually interested in buying the home sometimes it's best to slow it down and show everything. There are a lot of people like myself who like to see pictures and video of these homes or even drive by to check out the neighborhood and look through the window first before I go out and talk to a high-pressure sales realtor. So one of the ways that a lot of people start off their home shopping process is by watching these videos. It just makes it more complicated when they fly through these homes and pass up so many rooms and other areas of the property.

@@CarolineChoiLive - HAHA, yea thats not necessary. I already have an actual credible realtor who also has a RUclips channel and he and his office are taking great care of me. I was just trying to make a point of what a lot of interested buyers like to see when watching these type of videos. There are a good number of buyers that don't want to start off with the hassle of driving all over town from house to house having a real estate agent talking their ear off, following their every footstep throughout the house, as their starting point. With social media it's actually nice to get a first hand look at a property by video and then making the call. i know kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces are the main focus for most of you but if someone is allowing a person to tour and video the property it would be nice if the property and it's entirety was show. Especially if there is a 4 CAR GARAGE! Garages are actually a big deal for a lot of people here in LA. But no matter what good luck to you on the sale of each home!

Well done for turning a crup idea into a positive sales pitch...What do you do when you're lying upstairs in bed and you want a glass of water...move the bed into the kitchen of course, simples! Personally I'm one of those guys who likes to think ahead, I take a glass of water on the long and arduous trip to bed each night. Interesting concept though, what happens if you're in the shower and suddenly you want a cup of coffee ?
