    Lovely update Chris since my radish were crap this summer maybe I’ll go put some in now. Yes I found direct sowed lettuce did way better than seed trays. Hope it’s sunny other there, Ali 🌞🌦️🇨🇦

      My radish have never amounted to anything but strangely enough this year under the tomatoes they done great might be the shade , I always sow mixed salad leaves for outside the back door pic and come again types the weathers been a bit mixed to be honest crap weather for the flowers and veg take care

      i'm finding radish don't like heat from the sun just a gentle heat form the soil take care

    My radish leaves were battered by cabbage whites this year, i have never had them wiped out by them before mate.
    But the buggers are attacking everything atm🙄

      I've never had problems with cabbage whites with radish what do you grow next to them ? that may be the problem take are

    ive had more success allowing some radishes to self seed rather than planting them each time

      Oh yes the nature stratification method I did this years ago with parsnips on the plot what with the wind I had them popping up all over the plot and other plots on the site 🤣 free parsnips everyone on me take care
