      I tell my teen kids never to go along with ANY crime by friends, even if “c’mon….just be the look out, or driver.” Not just because it’s wrong, but there is something called “felony murder” in some jurisdictions, where if a group plans a crime, even “just” theft, and one person shoots someone, then EVERYONE in on the crime faces murder charges, and the long sentences.
      There have been cases where a guy talked his new gf into driving him to a weed dealers house he planned to rob, saying the dealer owes him money, so it’s fine, don’t worry, etc. Then things go bad inside, someone is shot, and the gf who was outside in the car is now facing 20 years.
      Usually it’s solely their own bad decisions that get people into trouble. But there are a few times it’s circumstance, like teens eager to be accepted getting talked into stuff by sketchy friends.

    At 18, I wanted to live in an apartment by myself, these kids are trying to live forever in a jail. I am just flabbergasted. What's in jail that is so interesting to people. There are very few things I'd be willing to trade my freedom for. I understand moments of anger, but in general I love coming home to a house I got to pick, a bed I made extra soft, food I get to pick, TV I can control, a bathroom I don't have to share, lights I can turn on and off when I want. I am legitimately thankful daily.

      @Saiyan in the Iron Mask where do you think that "culture" comes from? All of this absolutely does stem from poverty, being left out of society, and distrust of law enforcement. I suggest you research the history of the Irish Mafia in the US for insight into where this mindset comes from. I'm saying to research the Irish mafia because you can remove the racial connotations and hopefully it'll be easier for you to see how it gets ingrained. I'm absolutely not saying you're racist or anything but I think racial bias can give some a blind spot when it comes to seeing how deeply poverty from being excluded from society can affect a community for generations.

      Both the mom and dad live in a last stage capitalistic system that make them lie steal and hustle to live. People are only gonna continue to do this and itll get worse because most people have no choice from birth. Every baby is raised in a traumatic high stakes environment regardless of whether a father is around. Everything we are is programmed while we are very very young. Scientifically, twin studies show How we are raised has next to nothing to do with our outcome :(. So no not having a father is a symptom not a cause.

      What disturbs me is the superfluous amount of taxpayers' hard-earned money spent on his babies' momma's, the generational payments made to provide housing, food and medical care; all the law enforcement time and judicial court activity invested for these wastes of human beings only too be thrown in prison after a couple of years with 3 hots and a cots, where they perpetuate their violent behavior and after serving 25% or so of their sentence are paroled for good behavior. This is one of the most, if not the most, expensive attempt at justice on the planet. The only answer society can provide? Build more prisons. I have ZERO sympathy for them. Not even the 14 yr old female who was involved in the murder of three, one being a BABY. I used to be against capital punishment but I’m no longer against it. We got too many of these thugs running the show because they know they are running the show! We need to go back to the days where if you murdered someone you paid for it with your life and not YEARS OR DECADES LATER…IM TALKING DAYS TO WEEKS MAYBE. Tired of these degenerates ruining society. The utter lack of respect for others let alone themselves, respect FOR LIFE…removes them PERMANENTLY FROM COEXISTING IN A CIVILIZED SOCIETY. We need to start coming down HARD. ONLY POLICY OF CHINA THAT I AGREE WITH IS THEY DON’T FUCK AROUND. You found guilty of murder…you are paying the ultimate punishment. And they don’t even TELL you the date of your execution but it’s generally just days from sentencing. They don’t even tell the FAMILY until after the murderer has been executed. I love how he plays the part of a moron to bait the suspect in for information while constantly throwing him off with cheeky responses to keep him uncomfortable and aware of the severity of the crime. Early in the interrogation he got the suspect to lie by intentionally giving him a false date an incident occurred and the suspect immediately took the bait at which the Interrogator corrected himself after. He also showed the suspect photos of people he knew he wouldn’t know and then praised him for being “truthful” right after he blatantly lied to him 3 minutes earlier. So damn good. Hold up. He’s a minor? He asked for his parents and they legally shouldn’t be talking to him without them… it’s not an interrogation, it’s an interview but he said he wants to leave and he wants to talk to his mom.
    Also they just took his phone and sweatshirt without him giving consent to search OR having a warrant.
    This wouldn’t hold up in court- sadly he probably has no idea

    • @bong_thong
      @bong_thong Год назад +1

      I mean it isn’t like this is his first time being arrested or interrogated by police, he’s been arrested before so he should know what’s up. Plus the detectives asked him repeatedly if he wanted to have his lawyer there with him during questioning. He should’ve already know to sit there, shut up and wait for the lawyer.

    sounds like this kid already has a couple kids with more than one 'woman' and will pass on similar problems to those kids with his absence in their lives...i'm not sure he would be a great influence on them anyways but him being incarcerated will definitely continue the cycle

    • @Andreamom001
      @Andreamom001 Год назад +11

      Not definitely. With good influences, any kid has a chance. But yes, it’s a smaller chance than kids with stable homes and families.

    • @wintermoon7003
      @wintermoon7003 Год назад +8

      @Andrea B More than likely, yes, the cycle will repeat because that's what's exactly happening. It's been proven that children are best suited in a mother and father household. They each bring something different to the child to make them a more rounded adult. There's more people falling into that lifestyle than ones who actually make it out. They cultivate violence, and listening to rap music plays a part as well. Nothing will really change until their behaviors change. I find it quite sad. And the ones who do want change seem so few far and in-between
      It's truly sad. Fathers are very important despite what man hating feminists say. And I'm speaking in generalities, obviously there are outliers
