Great video lads, couldn't agree more!!! Played it for the first time in an Open last Sunday, some unbelievable holes. None of us knew what to do at the 3rd, decided all to hit drivers(into the wind) all had eagle putts!! The par 5 5th, I nailed a drive, half sand iron short of the burn, sand iron onto the green, 2 putts for par! 14th green is mental( as said in the vid) 15th is so hard not to bail out right of the marker, the huge hump in the middle of 17 spoils what would be a great hole.
first time you play Cruden Bay it makes a big impression...second time , when you know where your going , its the best course you've played...play 36 and love it....ps 4th THE best par 3 I know
I would always recommend buying yardage books if they are available, which I know they are there. But I overall I believed it was such a great course, maybe because I could see in the book where I was meant to go
