You can install sitech neck rings on DUI suits but the neck rings are roughly the same size. You may need to add additional material to the suit to have material to sew the sitech system too

i have the quickneck but it always pops off when i dive. do you think its possible to buy the orust clips to clip on to them? I see the ridges are quite identical
