Mike Yu. Americas also have ford transit connect which is basically a mini van. Once again auto only. It is a nice looking van but doesn't seem like it has as much interior space as its competitors.

I will never ever buy another ford customer service none assistant my ford transit van as been back at the garage 40 times new rear axel , countless dpf issues doors falling of because the hinges are too light on them break caliber collapsed a number of times the first time it happend on the motorway and vehicle jammed on I would never wish the crap i have been through with this piece of scrap on anyone , AVOID LIKE YOU LIKfe DEPENDS ON IT

inline 4 cylinder turbo diesel 6 speed. can't get that option here in the USA. good economical workhorse. stuck with gas hogs.
Mexico has transits with 4 cylinder and v6 engines. They have a 6 speed manual, a 6 speed automatic, and a 10 speed automatic
And Mexico has low roof, medium roof, and high roof transits with 4 cylinder and v6 engines

Outside of America/Canada/Mexico they have optional AWD as well. In America you're either getting RWD or aftermarket 4WD.
In Mexico, they have transits (low roof, medium roof, and high roof) with 4 cylinder, and v6 engines with manual and automatic transmissions

I think it's a stock thing from Ford. The F150 has a step like that.

That vdo branded thing is the tachograph it records the speed you are doing in the event of an accident all minibuses trucks some vans hav tachographs
