There was R11 due to the category (short stripes and sideways 2 meters less than D11). In 2016, then, D11 and R11 united together. But the I/11, that's speciality in CZ. D11 leads from Hradec Králové to Polish border on the north and I/11 leads to east through Šumperk, Bruntál, Opava, Ostrava, Havířov to Slovak border. The same is about D2 (Brno - Bratislava) and "artificially created" I/2 (Praha - Kutná Hora - Pardubice). Each number should have a permanent route and not two, as in the above cases. But I did not understand the A6, it's not a typical highway such as for example the A2, there's so many speed limits and junctions every 3-4 kilometers. Additionally, it is aligned with S3 and ultimately become only S3.
There is A6 also due to the category (the shoulder 0.25 m wider than S6, shorter distance between junctions near large city allowed). For the same reasons, S8 within Wrocław becomes A8. There is no intention to join A6 and S6 unlike D11 and R11.

Szkoda że nie mogli zrobić wcześniej tej autostrady na odcinku Szczecin Dąbie- Rzęśnica ale cóż. Tak to w życiu bywa :)

Co oznacza ten pierwszy symbol przy węźle Klucz? Czy w projekcie budowy A3 który zaniechano skrzyżowanie z A6 miało wyglądać inaczej?
Ten symbol ogólnie oznacza węzeł całkowicie bezkolizyjny lub zespolony. Bez znaczenia, czy jest 3-, 4-, 5-, czy 100-wlotowy.
