Great little set up. Those mesh bags are awesome, I'm definitely picking some up. They have so many uses.
No problem Dusty! I like em!
"What more could a need like us want?"
That's a t-shirt slogan if ever there was!
Good Idea!
Pretty slick and organized.
Thanks Ron
You don't have a little problem just a little OCD. That is a good thing.
Just a touch of OCD... and ADHD... and...
@@temporarilyoffline No, CDO!
As it should be!
Get it embroidered with your call sign. Or Velcro to slap labeled tags.
Velcro for moral patch styles would be great!
I really enjoy and benefit from your storage videos! Great job!
Thanks Dean!
It's a 'TOpack' ! I admire you're organizing discipline!
It's fun AND useful!
I was getting lost in DMR, analog and other programming cables, digirig stuff, etc. I got some of those canvas zippered tool pouches that look a little like bank deposit bags. They’re kind of color coded to brands of radio, too.
That's fantastic!
Great little tip. I saw someone had a Nintendo Switch hardcase for some ham equipment recently too. Good stuff!
I kept losing parts!
Dang man, your always finding ways for me to spend $$$. 😁
This is my calling brother!
Nice, i did not know I needed a solution but I found one. Thank you!
I'm here to help!
Thanks Steve awesome video. and thanks for sharing all of these Great tips. This setup is just what I have been looking for.
No problem Stan!
Deff scored nice on that one, amigo. Now I gotta get a bunch of that so I can organize the blazes out of all my tooner/tester/hook-up doodads. Thanks! 73 de W8IJN
Anytime bro
Great find!!!!!! Love it!!!!
Thanks Brian, I have a sickness... I know
I dig it. I'm going shopping. :)
Have fun!
Very organized Steve, I like that type of setup
Me too! I have more stuff to organize than I have room to organize it in!
Nice solution. I would be inclined to place the SA's into the case face down to prevent other items in the case from damaging or scratching the screens. 73, W1RKB
Good point
Killer storage setup! Dig the protective case and mesh bags. I need to grab these for my Tiny SA!
Thanks Craig
Those little mesh bags look awesomely useful. I need them.
I know a place!
Hi Steve,
Nice find. The mesh bags are great for those smaller parts and they are still visible. You and the family stay safe. 73 WJ3U
Thanks Don, you too!
Nice!
Thanks
Kept my vna in a HDD case similar, perfect 👍
Have you found a usb HDD stacking solution? I've got 6 of them floating around.
@@temporarilyoffline Velcro 🤷🏼♂️
@@K5YVY Yeah, I could see that
very sleek looking! Im considering designing a 3d printed case for my nanovna so i can carry it without bringing it in the box
I like the boxes, they are very nice... they just don't stay closed and I've lost parts.
No, thank you Steve for all the reviews. Very helpful.
Anytime, it's fun!
I have few of them. Extremaly usefull. 73
They are great!
How well will the long length of Digirig cables, fit into that case? And where can a fella buy that case at?
P.S.- I found your Amazon links in the description!
Digirig and cables will fit fine in this case.
I am ready for an antenna analyzer or 80m to 70cm pimpin watch. 🏁
Ooh - the NanoVNA watch
A solution to a problem I wasn't aware it existed :-)
Hey, that's what I'm here for!
@@temporarilyoffline For sure 😁
I need that for my openspot3 and ft70
That would work great!
Two things:
1 - If you left any pluck foam, spray it with Plasti-Dip to hold it together.
2 - put the analyzers face down so the hard things in the bags don't scratch the displays!
Great tips! Do you have any pics of the plastidip treatment? I've been looking for a solution to that mess.
@@temporarilyoffline not yet, nor a video (but you've given me an idea for one). There are videos on YT and you can go all out or just 4-5 coats. I went the lighter route and unless you feel the foam it's not very noticeable. But it does hold the foam together. I removed a bit more foam and I had to be careful so as to not rip foam I didn't want removed. The Plasti-Dip really soaks in.
@@aa3konthego I'm subscribed, so I should see it when it comes out.
@@temporarilyoffline just premiered a video on protecting your gear in a Harbor Freight case and spraying the foam with PlastiDip.
@@aa3konthego Excellent, its in the queue. I just did a hard case video today as well - no dip though.
I have bills to pay 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
