Curious as to why you would not put those jars once the product was filled in them into a water bath and cook them in the water bath for 10 or 12 minutes to get a much longer shelflife out of your product?
Good question. You absolutely could use that method. It is a little more involved to do proper jarring procedure. But in my household it never lasts that long so it’s not really an issue. 😎
