Recently I've been contacted by quite a few Subscribers offering me their cars, obviously this is music to my ears! Unfortunately I don't have endless spare time to shoot these on my RUclips channel, but when Ben (@the_beast_620) contacted me and said his AUDI RS6 Performance was up for drive, I jumped at the chance. It also happened to coincide with my good buddy & Mountain biking legend Brendan Fairclough who was also free, he drives a B7 Audi RS4 and really wants to buy a RS6 (as we all do), I don't think this put him off!

Had a great laugh watching this video. I’ve had my RS6 Performance for about 6 months now and loved every second of it. Although, I have started to notice me driving dangerously quite often just because I can.
I am about to get mine in a few days and honestly I am afraid of the same, that my driving will go bad, good that I have some experience
I have that exact car color and everything. My dad has saved for YEARS for it. On the first day we got it we were crusing 100mph playing tunes. The person in the drive thru even asked if it was the car making that noise XD It's epic owning a supercar.
That launch is insane. There's a Carwow video of various RS Audis racing against each other and the RS6 is faster than the R8 from standstill for the first 100 metres or so.
I saw this car yesterday in a convoy with a load of other crazy supercars (991 GT3RS, AMG GTS, 458 Italia and a few others). Stunning!

After all these years still my favourite fast estate of all time
Ordered my '6P before seeing this, took delivery in April. Same colour combo of Nardo with Black. Awesome car, and the 'stock' performance exhaust gets louder as things loosen up in the pipework. Range Rover drivers seem to hate it though, probably the '6 is the car they wanted until their wives said "NO". Thankfully my wife is as unhinged as I am.

Admittedly, I have just started watching your reviews, but I can honestly say they are a breath of fresh air. I love the interaction with your fellow passengers and how you involve them in your films. To me, facts and figures are just words, but when three fellow petrolheads burst into fits of laughter under full acceleration in an RS6, it's all you need to know :-) At the end of the day, it's what these types of cars are about. Anyway, your videos are hugely entertaining and funny, so keep them coming and keep up the great work :-)

I know this is 7 years old but I'm watching this like a kid on xmas eve! Will be in the market for one of these next month after my mortgage deal renews and already got a few good looked after examples saved on AT that'll hopefully still be available when the time comes. That noise is just so addictive, worth every penny just for the sound alone!

Haha Love the look of the SQ7, makes the ugly Bentayga seems ridiculously overpriced (considering its basically the same car)
Joe Achilles , the car I had before was a 2014 GTR, with Litchfield's stage 4.25, so the SQ7 is never going to feel anything like that. I wanted to get a RS6 but I mainly drive my Vito around most of the time, I thought I would get a few brownie points with my wife😀
I have come across a company which are getting over 520bhp and 1000Nm from the SQ7 already. I might try sneaking that for it with out her knowing👍🏻
So glad I watched this video. I have the 'non-performance' RS6 and was thinking about getting it wrapped in grey. This has settled it for me. Looks amazing! Great video Joe
I agree with most of the comments. I have owned and driven lots of Audi S & RS cars as well as the BMW M cars, most recent the BMW M4. I have always found the Audi's as better daily drivers but were a bit numb to drive. One thing that always drives me mad with the Audi SuperSport seats are the wear on the side bolsters. If your not careful getting in and out they look old within a week.. I must say the RS6 is tempting!
Just enjoyed watching this for the second time, remember watching it when first came out and just searched it up now as will be driving a new RS6 Performance a week on Saturday. I’m already excited!

i dont normally comment on car vids but have to say that was really good, your faces and giggles said all that had to be said, and the car is something else. and i learned something, i did not know akra made exhausts for cars.....
Few weeks ago I saw a young guy drive one, all black paint, interior, wheels and privacy glass. Looked mean and ready to pounce!

I think when you place an order for your RS6 you should receive " A STRONG POSSIBILITY OF LOSING YOUR LICENSE NOTICE" to be honest I would not give a F**ck and bring it on.. lol

JAMEZJEE wow, looks quicker like but that's crazy.
George C Audi claim 3.7 seconds but they are tested to 3.3-3.4 seconds in real life.
Audi massively underrate their cars performance-wise!
Most german manufacturers do these days with their performance cars, I know its the same with BMW at least.
Sir Sparco jeez ahah I thought it looked faster like and it's the same with the now R8 v10+ they claim like 2.7/2.8 I think and it's been recorded to be 2.3/2.4. Audi sure do know how to make fast cars.

loved that video, so funny watching your faces lit up when u got behind the wheel. I want one. Joe, if you are reading this, i saw u did a review on a porsche cayman gt4 from 2016 and you loved that car, out of curiosity against this beast, what in your view is a better performing car?
Tram-lining doesn't really have anything to do with the tyres themselves, it's the width. With wide wheels and tyres like the RS6, it's always going to tram-line. Some tyres may be worse than others, but you'll never eliminate it completely with 275 section tyres.

Joe this might be the best sounding car I've ever heard. How much difference does that exhaust make? I'm not normally an Audi fan but that is absolutely awesome.
I would say it adds about 20% more volume and crack & pops
