he ain't really big world wide. rappers nowadays are nowhere near as popular as the snoop doggs etc because other countries hip-hop communities picked up steam in about 2000 and people tended to listen to their own music from that point on.
in europe the 90s were pretty much the old school, and especially rap was lacking. dancing and writing, the non-profit things developed quicker for some reason.
barely anybody in europe knows who a kendrick or a nipsey is and hip-hop news in france, germany etc. don't treat the kendrick drake battle as a hot topic, not even the nipsey killing. they are more concerned about local rappers dissing each other and local news
