منذ تأسيسه في عام 2019، لم يقتصر دور معهد ميرزو على تمكين الموسيقيين أكاديميًا فحسب، بل حمل على عاتقه مهمة عظيمة تتمثل في نقل التراث الإيزيدي والشنكالي والحفاظ عليه. ومن بين القلوب النابضة بالحياة التي ساهمت في هذا المسعى النبيل، يبرز اسم مام خدر كأحد الأوصياء الأوفياء على هذا الإرث الثقافي الثري.
مام خدر ليس مجرد حامل للتراث، بل هو جسر يربط بين الأجيال، ناقلاً لحن الماضي وروح التراث إلى شباب اليوم. لقد أثرى فريقنا المخصص لأرشفة الأغاني القديمة بمعرفته العميقة وحبه العارم لهذه الثقافة الغنية، مما جعلنا نشعر بامتنان لا حدود له تجاهه وتجاه كل من ساهم في الحفاظ على هذا الكنز الثقافي الفريد.

Since its establishment in 2019, the Merzo Institute has not only focused on empowering
musicians academically but has also undertaken the significant mission of preserving and transmitting Yazidi and Shingali heritage. Among the vibrant souls who have contributed to this noble endeavor, Mam Khader stands out as one of the faithful custodians of this rich cultural heritage.
Mam Khader not only merely a bearer of tradition; he is a bridge connecting generations, conveying the melodies of the past and the spirit of heritage to today's youth. He enriched our team dedicated to archiving old songs with his deep knowledge and profound love for this rich culture, filling us with immense gratitude towards him and all those who have helped preserve this unique cultural treasure.
