John u get me in trouble with my wife... She say I get on her nerves when we be riding and I pull over to little creeks on the way and fish 😂😂
Streams around here have made deep, steep-banked, brush-choked channels through the deep sediments of the valley. It is extremely difficult to find access points, even at bridges. But we persevere and eventually we find places where we can present our lures or baits in front of hungry fish and have a wonderful experience! It's the 'eventually' that is the problem. That's why you're here, showing us how to do more catching, less wishing!
"Ya cain't ketch a t'ing if'n yer line ain't wet!" --1963, my Grampa Earl, who taught me how.
Love love love!!! Just love your random creek/roadside ditch creek fishing!!! I don’t do very well in big waters, but manage to find fish in little creeks like you showcase. May He continue to bless you more and more, with your creek fishing adventures!
thanks
I'm a Chinese guy and now worked in Africa now and watch your videos almost everyday!Really a lot of fun!
thanks, i would love if i can one day fish other countries
You might catch a Chinese fish behind that wall mart.....they get everything from china anyway.

John, pretty neat that you buy lures in a Walmart in TN, then go fish with them at a Walmart in AL!
Fish with them at a Walmart?
Chu_k Watch the video again. The creek he is fishing in AL is right behind a Walmart. You can see the store!
I hope the Lord blesses you on your journey 🙏🏼Thanks for bringing us along 🤙🏻
12:56.... Was that the Lady's Man from Saturday Night Live in that van 😆. Anybody remember that skit?
Well....was he drinking some Courvoisier??? 🤣🤣🤣

Walmarts version of a bass pro shop with the bass pond ..... Walmarts Pro shop fish ditch ...🇺🇸👻🕵️
Love the comraderie between fishermen. Skin color is non-existent, we're all brothers!
Its a plus that his commentary is without stupid jokes or fowl language, I am never bored. Robert at 68.
Watching Creek Fishing Adventures on a Tuesday evening. What a relaxing way to end the day. Thanks John.

That was an awsome video. That's what real fishing is about--a little creek in town loaded with all kinds of fish
It sure is
I do stuff like this all the time...love it
John, Just goes to show you that even in an ugly, urban type industrial park environment such as this place, you can find GOD's Amazing wonders of wildlife in streams such as this and if you are really patient, enjoy them as HE meant for you to do. That was 58 minutes of pure fun for you and you have to admit, it's those unexpected moments where you find something like this, that makes you appreciate his handiwork that much more. It's just fascinating to know that he makes these "nuggets" of fun like this for everyone to enjoy. Thanks for posting this one, I really enjoyed this one in particular.
you are right
I love stumbling on creeks like that when I'm on the road. Another great episode bro. Keep it coming.
Thanks 👍
I do a lot ditch fishing here in florida where I live. Yesterday I caught 12 bass, bullseye oscars, and tarpon all from the same little creek. Good luck and have fun.
That muddy creek looked like mulberry creek in Plantersville and that was the Selma Walmart.
Sweet Home Alabama, my wife is watching your video and getting homesick...
You've got me checking out every creek I pass. I carry my polls everywhere 😎
Dude, let’s go, I’m so excited for this road trip series
Most people stop to go the the bathroom when traveling. John Dalton stops to fish! What's cooler than that!
Great time buddy. Thanks!
Great video as always brother! Would love to see you team up with “Richard Gene the fishing machine “ in Alabama. Tight lines!!
That is a great creek.
Great video as always!
My favorite videos you make are the ones where you're fishing places most people just ignore. It's like opening up a Christmas stocking!
Nice ditch adventure!
Great vid
good job john. woulda liked to seen a small frog for those bass but still fun to watch . stay safe and go with God
Nice to see you fishing other states seems like you find the fish no matter where you're at
“I’m getting tired of catching them, well I ummm” lol
That first stop you made on this video looked like a creek close to me, it’s really sandy like that one, it could be the same one. Enjoyed this one because it’s in my neck of the woods.
Just started watching your videos. I think it's absolutely awesome to see what can be caught where you would least expect it. Makes me wanna check out some of the creeks near me. Thanks for the videos!
You got to try them out
Very cool!
You made me record my own fishing video today, love watching these videos
And yes another amazing video...
The long ear is a cool looking fish!
Sweet home Alabama. Born and raised

...If I diin't know better, I'd be thinkin' that at about the 3 minute mark, you were fishin' by a stand of that "Wacky Tobbacky" stuff...LOL...Great video by the way...
That was ragweed. It’s allergenic. Not weed lol
@@WesleyAPEX ...LOL...If ya say so...LMBO...Still a neat video...
Nice video bro hope to see more videos
Creeky great show always mate 👍
Love your videos
Love this kind of fishing! If you find yourself in south eastern missouri give me a shout. I know a couple of sweet creeks when the water is right!
luv seeing longears!
Jon, that was a cool creek you fished in Alabama. It reminds me of some creeks l fished in Roberson county near Lumberton North Carolina in the south east part of the state. You should check out that part of North Carolina. It has some great fishing.Keep making these videos.l and several thousand can't wait for more creek fishing. adventures.
Great video
Well I certainly recognize that Wal-Mart. Gonna check out that spot next time I'm in the area (and it's a little cooler).
Awesome crappie find
Pretty cool how you easterners can drive 2 hours and go through 4 different states even if it all looks the same lol. I drive 6-8 hours and I’m still in Texas lol. Although the landscape changes a lot here. Drive 6-8 hours east to west here and it goes from humid pine forest to sparse oak woods to sand and grass to desert. Then north to south it goes from high desert plains to the hills of central texas to the sandy tropical beaches of south Padre Island.
That’s crazy man on the east coast you go from mountains to nothing to beach lmao and like you said you can just fly through states
Oh, we could drive from corner to corner (east/west) in Tennessee and it takes around 7 hours.
@@gstillimsleep5391 2 1/2 hours to Table Rock and 2 1/2 hours to Beaufort. Love SC
North to south in Alabama can take a few hours, especially if you take a detour between Clanton and Millbrook.
@@fishingthelist4017 same in Georgia.
Hey brother come too chickamauga ga have great spots on the creek. Great video keep it up brother
Love your blog. I do the creek thing when possible. If you haven't fished the Parklands right out of Lou. Ky. you need to try Floyds Fork there. We have great smallies here.
Good luck catch some fish
Interesting video. I’m waiting to see the Florida videos i bet there is gonna be a lot of variety considering I saw your instagram posts about it.
yep, just got a bunch of small stuff
Jon what a video you should hv a tv show your that damn good bro safe journey and bring us more video
Great video friend
AMEN! I’m sure if crappie are in there there are a few bigger bass coming up that creek to feed!
You got that right!
Be safe on the road.
~peace~
That boy loves his bass
Love catching bluegill and sunfish
Hazel Green and New market ala , have the best creeks I've found
Flint creek bleeds off the Tenn river...lots of good areas...My house is in Hazel Green...nice shout out
I live in Alabama, I went fishing Friday and caught a 10 plus lb flathead.
Heck yeah man.
Love how u uploads
There is a good place in tennessee called Maples Creek Lake and there is a creek leading off of the spillway and it is loaded with green sunfish and largemouth bass
i bought a lews closed face reel for the wife ,but i love that thing . smoothest closed face ive ever used. bought rod and reel combo for 40 dollars at a local bait shop here in kingstom.
Great video and I’m from Alabama
Yay happy no dislikes yet I love watching people fishing
Be on the look out for snakes more often down here they are a lot more active in the south and we sure have them everywhere
He is from Tennessee there are snakes here too
Jordon Pratt oh I know but trust me when I tell you there’s a lot more down here
Trevor H I was born and raised in southern Alabama and live in East Tennessee now where he does, I didn’t see anymore up here than I did down there and I fish 4-5 times a week in creeks and rivers and lakes , and stay in the woods constantly.
Jordon Pratt Lol I live In south Mississippi I can tell how he walks those creeks and banks where he lives there’s not nearly the amount of poisonous snakes up there, trust man just like Louisiana so many more snakes
Jordon Pratt and Florida is really really bad with the rattle snakes just like Alabama and Mississippi
0:03. Lynyrd Skynyrd surely left their mark.
You have the best job ever. You should do a National creek tour where you fish a creek in every state.
yeah i have thought about that
I think you are a great guy man you have really helped me. And I appreciate the Bible verses. I just need to keep fishing and keep helping. There's. Good work my dude.
Where there is water, there are fish. That should be your new shirt because it's true. For the most part.
Just here to watch you yeet fish!
Wow that Long ear looks awesome!
What the heck, Crappie in a ditch! Nice bass too. Great video. 👍👍
Hey I’ll sub to u if u can
Can u pls
Thank you.
Those are warmouth I do believe, the green sunfish thingys
Could you imagine pulling the world record largemouth bass out of there? LOL
Hit up Okeefenokee Swamp... tanin colored water, but clean and no mosquitoes.
Still the goat bro. I've got 2 videos up myself now💪
I'm going to fish a ditch this evening and see what I can pull out of it!
Always love it no matter what John! I grew up in the southeastern corner of Al. and most rivers and creeks in the southern half is muddy more than not hence one of many reasons I have no interest in going back to that particular area! North Al. and TN. have WAY better creeks, rivers and lakes for fishing! Be interesting to see where you will be fishing in FL.as I lived in the panhandle for several years and fished Yellow river and Blackwater river which both are between Crestview and Milton....actually Blackwater is an excellent wade fishing river on the more northern half! Good luck!!
Daniel...what part of the Southeastern corner oa Alabama were you talking about that you grew up in?
The reason I'm asking, I too grew up in Southeastern corner of Alabama in the 70s & early 80s...Gordon Alabama to be exact, went to Ashford High School thru 6th grade in 1981& now I'm living in Satsuma Alabama...about 20 miles north of Mobile.
@@randymiller3949 Enterprise and New Brockton......left that area around 84 and really have not been back except for family visit on occasion!
