Grilled Chicken Chapli Burger
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
BBQ Burger sauce:
-Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbs
-BBQ sauce 2 tbs
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
Grilled Chicken Chapli Kabab:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Mon salwa Chicken Chapli kabab pack of 8
-Burger bun
Chatpati Hari Chutney:
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 7-8
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves 1 Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs or as required
-Sugar 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Water 1-2 tbs or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Prepared hot burger sauce
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices
-Prepared chatpati hari chutney
-Prepared hot burger sauce
Directions:
Prepare BBQ Burger Sauce:
-In a bowl,add chilli garlic sauce,bbq sauce,mayonnaise & whisk well.BBQ burger sauce is ready!
Grilled Chicken Chapli Kabab:
-On a grill pan,add cooking oil & grill chicken chapli kabab on medium flame for 2-3 minutes each side.
-Toast burger buns on same grill pan for a minute.
Prepare Chatpati Hari Chutney:
-In a spice mixer,add garlic,green chilli,fresh coriander,mint leaves,lemon juice,sugar,salt,water & blend well.
-In a bowl,add yogurt & whisk well.
-Add prepared blended greens,cumin seeds,chaat masala & whisk well.Chatpati hari chutney is ready!
Assembling:
-On burger bun,add & spread bbq burger sauce,lettuce leaves,onion rings,chicken chapli kabab,tomato slice and prepared chatpati hari chutney.
-Spread prepared bbq burger sauce on top burger bun and cover it to make a burger.
-Serve with potato fries,prepared chatpati hari chutney & bbq burger sauce!

Prepare BBQ Burger Sauce:
-Bowl mein chilli garlic sauce,bbq sauce aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.BBQ burger sauce tayyar hai.
-Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken chapli kabab ko darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes (each side) kliya grill ker lein.
-Burger buns ko us he grill pan per ek minute kliya toast ker lein.
Prepare Chatpati Hari Chutney:
-Spice mixer mein lehsan,hari mirch,hara dhania,podina,lemon juice,cheeni,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Bowl mein dahi dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Tayyar blended greens,zeera aur chaat masala dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Chatpati hari chutney tayyar hai.
Assembling:
-Burger bun per tayyar bbq burger sauce dal ker pheela lein,salad patta,pyaz rings,chicken chapli kabab, tamatar slice aur tayyar chatpati hari chutney dal dein.
-Top burger bun per bbq burger sauce dal ker pheela lein aur cover ker ka burger tayyar ker lein.
-Potato fried,tayyar chatpati hari chutney aur bbq burger sauce ka saath serve karein!
