Im surprised that Aninews in this video and in the previous one never said anything about Ghost, since Ghost disappearing is anime-only bs, in the webtoon Ghost passed the test just like Rak and everyone else, so remember that he is still alive and well. As Aninews mentioned, in the anime they changed Khun`s backstory to be about Maria betraying Khun which is not true, as Aninews explained in this video. In season 1 webtoon Khun never said anything bad about Maria and as was said in this episode, according to Khun himself, Maria never betrayed him in fact it was Khun who betrayed his own full blood sister and his branch family, Khun never said or expressed that he romanically loved Maria, from ep 3, it was just a rumor made about them because no one knew why Khun helped Maria and this rumor was just one of many rumors and insults that was said in that episode, but tthe anime derictor decided to make it as some love story with betrayal. maria betraying kun whas just a rumor that the anime really liked for some reason and told it as a truth, personally i believe they where actual lovers the conversation with rak about killing the king and putting someone you want besides you, it does seems like rak also took it as they where in a relationship
Phantaminum is a very interesting character, but after this he isnt even mentioned never again in story and everything we know about him is from the creators blog posts. For him, killing High Rankers or even Zahard himself is nothing. He is so strong that he can destroy the intire tower in an instand if he wanted. SIU said that he probably will never appear in the webtoon because he is just that strong.
Just like you were confused in the first few episodes of Season 1 prepare to be as confused for the first few episodes of Season 2 as well. This is just ToG's writing style.
