I have the second gen version of the smart fold razor and the screen is still holding up better than any of the other folding products I’ve had…
The 2020 Razr was probably the better looking one. That bugger outsude screen made that phone just a joy to use. I did about 99% of everytbing on that screen. Then, when a piece of sand got in the hinge and it destroyed my screen, i could still use my phone most things.
My replacement had camera issues, so, i just didnt bother with it anymore. I got a Nord instead.

You've missed various important aspects, such as very slowly released security patches - months delayed while Samsung owners or Apple get fast, regular, necessary updates. How about Android 14? While other Android users, particularly Samsung have been enjoying it for half a year now, Razr owners, Motorola owners especially do not. Aside from that, the cameras on this phone are widely documented as years old technology. The cover screen is unnecessary if you have a smart watch. It's a cheap device because it is a cheap device.
It may be able to fold in half, but it's still too freekin' huge! I already carry a wallet, keys etc. I don't have room to fit a wallet-sized phone in my other pocket. It's supposed to be a phone, not a tablet. Why don't phone companies listen to people? Most people don't want a massive screen. Most people want a phone to make phone calls and to write text messages.
Another major flaw is the battery is not removable. That will change with newer phones, because the European Union made it law that all new phones sold in the European Union must have a removable battery. Companies aren't going to make two different phones, when it's cheaper to just make the one type for the whole world.
