      @@pictolearning2919 madam do you know how to make notes from the newspaper

    • @pictolearning2919
      @pictolearning2919  2 года назад +2

      For making notes from the newspaper, always keep 2 things with you- Syllabus and the previous year questions.
      With the help of the previous year questions you will get to know that what is the pattern of asking questions. Always solve previous year question first(for better understanding of pattern).
      With the help syllabus, you will get to know, from which area questions will be asked,because in newspaper unlimited news are published.
      So first divide your notebook according to the syllabus, like- national current affair, international current affair, history, geo, india polity, environmental etc.like this.
      After that read the news paper and mark all the news which is appropriate according to your syllabus, and leave other news which is not required(that's why you need the syllabus).
      And then write it down in question answer form in your notebook. Do it on daily basis. And before moving forward always revise the notes you have made the previous day. Good luck👍🙂

    What is "notwithstanding article 13" mentioned fir. Sorry for stupid doubt, but can I get an Answer

    • @pictolearning2919
      @pictolearning2919  2 года назад +3

      (Notwithstanding means "in spite of anything mentioned in that article".)
      •One of the Clause of article 13 says state cannot make any law which violates fundamental right of citizens, otherwise that law will be declared void.
      •By 1st amendment act of 1951,in article 31 some laws were inserted which were violating fundamental rights. But those laws were very important for the development of the country.
      •That's why while doing amendment in article 31,it has been mentioned that, notwithstanding(in spite of) anything contained in article 13, government can make laws under article 31 even if it violates certain fundamental rights.

    • @shantanusinghparihar4039
      @shantanusinghparihar4039 2 года назад

      It did help, actually I'm a beginner but want to be an expert so asking stupid questions.
      My next and last doubt realated to this is that: Could 31(A)(1) be stated with these words instead,
      "notwithstanding anything contained in article 13, article 14 and article 19, no law providing for-
      (a)_____or
      (b)_____or
      (c)_____or
      (d)____or
      (e)____lease or license ,
      Shall be deemed to be void."
      Will it mean the same if these words are used?
      Or will it not be same?

    • @pictolearning2919
      @pictolearning2919  2 года назад +1

      Yes ...In a way,you can say that...it's not wrong...
      You can use it for your own understanding or to make others understand. But constitution has its own definition,we can only make it simple.

    Ma'am does Article 31A immunise a state law from judicial review ?

    • @pictolearning2919
      @pictolearning2919  2 года назад

      No.
      If any act or law infringes certain fundamental rights and the basic structure of the indian constitution, then such laws or acts will definitely come under judicial review.
      You can watch 2nd part of article 31 for better understanding. 👇
