This is the stadium in Arlington. I'm not sure if the do tours of the practice facility in Frisco but I know it's nice :)

I can buy the tickets in the. Stadium or just in the website
You can buy them at the stadium but they do sell out sometimes... so it's best to do it in advance so you don't have so wait an hour or more to do the tour.

About how long did the tour last?
The guided tour was about 1.5 hours with the open field playtime.
