What is the typical failure mode for these joints? I understand they are un-reliable. What could be monitored to possibly predict their failure?
What is the spiral metal (with three bolts) at 1.05 what exist in every join? Is it a safety torque sensor?
These joints are very hard to replace. We tried replacing shoulder joint and it took like 4hrs. I wish UR made these joints maintenance friendly.

Cross Company Then I guess there is a MODBUS connection between servos with just 2 wires. Do you know if they are linked to eachother or not?
