- I made this with operators those are easy to find and replace, so if you have better operators of the same category, you can replace them.
It's not essential to follow the steps perfectly.
Adjust the strategies a little bit for yourself to suit your own team comp better.

You can actually use Myrtle's 2nd for healing at the same time getting DP if your Medic Defenders are having a Hard time

@@zic1194 Yeah I know they decided on that in Arknights but the actual word comes from the Greek Exousia and is pronounced Ek-su-sía, so it really bothers me they butchered it this much. I mean if they'd just decided to SPELL it Ekushia or Exia in English so it would match the katakana in Japanese, I could'nt have cared less. But instead they took the real word with the real spelling and deliberately pronounced it the wrong way. It is incredibly slobby and seriously grinds my gears.

6-16 Challenge Mode seems to be well designed for Sora since being unable to deploy medic operators meaning that you have to rely on other healing sources. Plus, Sora's Skill 2, Hymn of Battle, gives a flat ATK buff to operators in her range. This makes a very deadly combo with Exusiai since her skill doesn't increase her ATK by much but instead makes her attack hits 5 times in a row. This means Exusiai can hit with at least 600 damage per hit against FrostNova. Seriously. If you have Sora, it's a good idea to raise her. 6-16 CM is one of the stages where she'll shine.
Or E2 Angelina.
@@ValD98 Agreed, she does have a talent that gives passive health regeneration to all operators when she is deployed. In addition to an boost to Attack Speed.

@@sabkxw9834 9 months later is not expected but well, we have now more boss killers. SilverAsh works. Blaze works. Surtr works. Even Mountain works. Oh, and you don't need 6 stars, but most AK players will prioritize promoting their 6 star operators to Elite 2 first. You will probably need an Elite 2 operator regardless of which one, anyways.
@@ryanprjgamingchannel9437 I have e2s(about 8)(sa, surtr,eyja) and yes i can beat the boss i think but the bottom is killing me. No medic is killing me. I do not invest in medic and heal def(which cos i don't have) :c

It took me two tries to finally beat the level 😱 I tried to follow your directives as much as I could but she kept freezing the wrong square which forced me to improvise a little. I switched one sniper for my Ifrit which ultimately worked. I’m exhausted from the tension but thank you, this could never have been cleared without your precious help !! 💛
I already did the CM's, but just going through all the vids for likes, because I really appreciate the effort you put into your guides

what a sad story.. thanks for the guide! i used your SA strategy for CM, and used kroos to hit her as she spawns to deal more damage. borrowed an e2 saria since i only had a gummy!

those placement of exusia are spot on, it's far easier and better cd management than what i did XD
My team at the bottom part. I use Blaze S2 to face up so she can attack both middle lane and bottom lane is same time, and I use Saria , Spot, Angle to keep her alive as much as possible.

meteor is a must for this strat imo (i made her e1 30 skill lvl 4) and she got the job done
cause i attempted with exsu s3 lvl 7 e2 40 with a e1 70 platinum and she couldnt burst Frostnova down
perhaps another E2 sniper (BP) might work as well but i havent built her yet

another tip for Exusiai timing: if your E2 Exusiai have Skill 7, you can also place your Exusiai as soon as Frost Nova comes up the stair. you may need someone besides that other sniper to help damages at a place where your medic defender can reach them (preferably ranged guard).
Kyo you are the best
Podenco’s s1 is great for this stage as she heals instead of attacking
for anyone that have Blaze you can put her in front of Spot and face her up to also hit the other lane..
the 2nd Sniper needs to be strong too and Meteor's debuff is really good here..
the rng on ice tile is really annoying here, thanks for the strat! :D

Rip Frostnova man :(
Used a support saria and nearl because I just got mine and she’s not levelled yet. Laid my operators down in a silence drone range format near the bottom of the map and then I let frostnova walk all the way down to the last lane. Because i was defending the left side, there was less dps and frostnova would only be killed at the bottom where my liskarm would be in front of my saria to help her heal faster as well. Then I left ifrit at the top to help burn frostnova down quickly. All that was left afterwards was killing the mobs left over
The lanes were no problem for me, Saria + Nearl were plenty of healing, but I was having a TON of trouble killing Frosty. Eventually managed it by combining the Exu and SA strats for first takedown, then plopping Ifrit onto the very top right corner facing down, so Frosty got damaged -and- armor shredded with Exu M1 AND SA M3 blasting her. And it STILL felt close.
I havent reached chapter 6 yet but this looks great! I guess I need to study more about operators and their skills so I can do better. I am still in 5-3 with E1 lvl 20 operators. I guess I need to lvl them first before passing this stage. Anyways, another great vid.
how did you even manage to get to chapter 5 with E1 20 operators?

i use your schwarz squad in this map... but without medic, so i bring 4 Healing Defender instead

i didnt really hav any medic ops apart from gummy and nearl but nearl is low lvl and i dont hav lmd
so i kinda juked it by using sora....

As a person with only one medic defender and no exusiai, I somehow managed to do it with a borrowed exusiai and SA after 10 tries.
It is torture...

i personally doesnt feel frostnova's stages are rng dependent, you can still achieve the same result with a lil bit of tweaking if you use a lil bit of brain power. but this sure looks easier than my solution

I panicked and brought both SA and Exia, until before i realize my Skadi did too much damage to her that she died easily when she reached 2nd lane

I just realized this basically a buffed 4-10. How the hell did I clear this stage without even realising that!? Okay time to schwing schwing cuz I don't have saria or apple pie

This lvl is very rng heavy, i completed this myself a few hours ago... The lvl is basically praying frostnova doesn't freeze the wrong tile lol

I didn’t have any medic defenders so I cleared this using vanguards, myrtle, and Angelina to stay alive :(
Jesus, this CM is insane. Cleared it in practice mode, thought okay, this should be quick. Then several tries later I still couldn't clear it with 4 of the big 5. I think I wasted 70-80 sanity for it. Got really annoyed since I like the plaque.

Just clear this with both SA and Exusiai. If you do not have both, just borrow one from friends. You're not auto-farminf this stage anyway

I haven't pulled a single Exusiai in a year of playing and couldn't get one in the 10 free refreshes either. Time to pack my bags I guess, the rng truly hates me.

Edit: since there is no changes on enemies stat you can practicing on normal mode with no medic so yoy can saves 2 drill plan

not enough damage. though u can use silverash or schwarz instead. said hows are already in kyo's guide though it means u need to change the positioning a bit
