This video is AMAZING!! Thanks so much for putting so much detail and effort into making it! I’m stuck in Hong Kong (because of Covid) so forced to do another summer climbing in sweltering heat (36-38C every day in the shade and 80-90% humidity), so i want to get a fan to make it more bearable than last summer. Hopefully Covid travel restrictions end soon so I can go climb where it’s cooler! (Squamish or Australia in July/August). Anyway, this video really helped!! I look forward to future videos! You guys are awesome!!
i bought the makita for camping, i dont have the other batteries, i have makita to ryobi adapter, but still chose makita since i already have the battery, though my bigger makita 18v fan failed in less than a year.. im quite satisfied with its run time, also being smallest of the 3 means better for back packing and camping. unlike my my old nonworking makita 18v fan, ill be only using it every now and then, for outdoor and camping(which rarely happens) instead of using as a house fan replacement.. so far loving the size , weight and duration.
This may be unfair to Makita. They make 3 sizes for the fans and you are using the smallest/cheapest one to compare to the larger models of the other brands.

Thank you for making video, more powerful fan is going to come at the expensive of how long battery will last, I am looking at these to use in a bedroom when it’s hot so quietest and longest run time are important 😀
The Robi yeah but the Milwaukee absolutely not. The plastic that Milwaukee uses is significantly thicker and it's a better plastic than Makita. There is a video on RUclips that is a destruction test and the Milwaukee was almost indestructible even with constantly throwing in on a concrete slab as hard as he could I've been in the construction industry for 20 years and I've used them all and I can attest that when it comes to durability Milwaukee is the best. I'm more than 4000$ in Milwaukee and I've never once had a tool fail. I have a box of broken Makita tools. My Robi tools have outlasted my Makita. I have a "blue" Robi drill that still works fine.

Great review guys!.
great review!
This was gold man!!! Thanks
The makita may blow the weakest, but i lt will outlive both of them 2 times over.
