Real sev usal and misal paav taste we can get only with konkan and malvan area of mahabaleshwar where it is originate... Here in our gujrat not that much taste and not even that making recipe. This is so common same mostly all over gujrat whether ahmedabad, surat, vadodara, bharuch....when I visit mahabaleshwar Or even pune that sev usal Or misal pav just outclass quality... Even you see their Paav quality just too good.. We need to improve quality of it in gujrat... We have some good taste stalls in Gujarat no doubt but compare to Maharashtra it's not compete.
