That would be accounting for easy prices, though. The hard prices would maybe be possible? 430x3=1290, just barely affordable for engineer. And also, you could place beast handler too because the beast handler costs less.
tossing a single boat in the top water triangle couldve probably saved you thousands on the extra subs, you weren't allowing your subs to hit bloons for half the track

i would like you to try C.H.A.M.P.S. mode: crazy (challenge editor, every slider goes to 110% (or 125% if you want more difficulty) round 5 to 125) heartless (no hearts lost) altered (alternate bloon rounds + hard difficulty) monkey-brained (no monkey knowledge) powerless (no powers) stupidity (no selling, no tier 5 towers and no heroes) -> need a better word for this note: farms and income towers ARE allowed, and i think you will need them to get enough tier 4 towers to beat rounds 101 to 125 as those are the hardest part of the challenge by far
Since you did sub strategy early on it could've been beneficial to place down cheap towers with large range so the subs can attack more often as I realized you had many blind spots where nothing was attacking for long periods of time.

subs only gain intel on the gray circle around monkeys for all military monkeys except for buccaneer, their gray circle is very tiny and not worth it for intel

No, defortifying does not decrease money. You get 1 money on destroying the ceramic layer, just like how you get 1 money for destroying each individual MOAB layer.

If possible you should try to find a Mod that decreases the money instead of increasing the prices because the village discount is 2.222 more effective because it discount a % amount of money an not a set amount
