On a trip between St. Mary & Kingston Jamaica, Im always looking out for some street food to journey with and Ms. Enids crabs are ones to stop for. By the street side, Ms. Enid served up Spicy boiled crabs and spicy curry crab tomalley year round.

Hi Stephen, boy my mouth watering right now,had to go cook some curry chicken and pretend i was eating crab,big Ms Enid, have never been to St Mary but its beautiful, its a hidden gem.
Please my brother I need you to catch someone making these crabs from scratch. I went to Mo Bay last year and was able to grab a bag of crabs. It was the best I have ever had. I just know these vendors put they all into these pots so it would be a joy to see them from start to finish.

here in malaysia, we would steam the sweet potatoes and eat them just like that ... if we get tapioca, we steam and eat them with dessicated coconut and some sugar
