- After a dramatic SHUT DOWN of 2 months after an unsanitary act was caught on viral video, Kingston Jamaica's Crab Circle is back! It's wonderful to see the vendors back in action, serving up the islands best land crabs, roast yam, corn and chicken foot and cow skin soup. Thanks to my friend Mik @YaadLifesGood for the link up, was great to catch some crazy food vibes in this live spot of the city. Thanks also to all the vendors for the awesome (and clean ;) food, extra big up to Babsy, Abby, Daygirl, Marsha and everyone else I met.

The crab looks amazing but the star of the show for me is that chicken foot and cow skin soup. Proper Jamaican soul food at its best, cooked with passion and skill. Bless up Matthew and the Crab Circle crew!

Out of a bad situation comes good.
Christmas in Jamaica is always Irie! We start soaking dried fruits and spices in A sweet red wine and white rum months ahead then use it to make rum cakes. Then we kill one of each animals. Cow, goat, pig and chicken. Lots of parties in backyard and all the town come out. They have a thing call Grand Market with lots of Christmas festivities in the town. I live in the States for years now and nothing compares to a Jamaican Christmas for us. Always the best time of year for us. Have a Merry Christmas 🎁 ❤❤❤

On a BIG MON TING the whole area needed that to happen because loook how nice the area looks and to even have washroom and running water near kitchen establishments is so beneficial and needed for the workers people Dont understand the government wont do anything to support these people unless something like what happens is shown to the world
