Bases Loaded was an NES/Famicom game, and its inclusion on this list is due to it being featured in Nintendo Choice 10 cabinets.

Interesting video; there was some good graphics displayed. Shows what I missed by not playing arcade games.

Thanks for this video, it would have been great if they were in date order to check out particular eras and see how the company changed over the years

Somebody else suggested putting the date in the corner, which I might do.

@@TheLairdsLair thanks, I'm always interested in the golden age and how companies got started so chronological videos are great for that.

Really love these videos. Would it be possible for you to add a graphic in the corner of your video, showing the year the game was released? Or does it already say that somewhere, and I'm missing it? My eyesight is bad.

Not a bad idea actually, somebody else asked for dates too. If you want to cross reference then look here:

Jaleco's real deal is on the arcades, not on the consoles. Some of them might be not much brilliant, but there are others that are remarkable. I didn't know most of the titles here shown, but my favorites are: Exerion, Saint Dragon, City Connection, Rod Land and Phantasm.
A doubt: what's the name of the side-scrolling beat'em-up in 14:40...? It's read in Japanese characters. It's a fun game that I've played once before.

      That's Ginga Ninkyouden.
I agree with all your picks there, I also love the P-47 games, Big Run and Cisco Heat too.

I recently got myself an Evercade and I know Jaleco have released a couple or so compilations for it. This bulky compilation will be a nice tease for potential games to look forward too on the Evercade.
1:53 - Were arm wrestling arcade games a thing for a while? I recall Nintendo had a Punch-Out spin-off game that was an arm wrestling game (given the crazy looking characters, this feels like it'd be right at home in the Punch-Out universe as well).
2:57 - Avenging Spirit is from Jaleco and it's also an arcade game? I always thought it was a Game Boy exclusive. I have been rather curious about this game so hopefully it will be included on one of the Evercade Jaleco collections.
6:21 - Well Chimera Beast is certainly a visually distinct shoot em up. Jaleco seems to have dipped their toes in a vast array of genres and art styles.
8:58 - Oh my gosh, I absolutely love the music of Desert War here.
14:42 and 15:11 - They look like fun beat em ups, but with the lack of an English title, I probably shouldn't expect these to appear on any Evercade cartridge.
17:45 - Wait, isn't this just Astyanax again? I suppose it could be a sequel with a much easier, though stupid sounding, name to remember.
18:31 - I adore the look of this game already. Shame that something 120% here is another Japanese only title game so unlikely for a future release. Still, this game looks hilariously cute!
21:58 - I do enjoy a good pinball game so Pinbo here looks very appealing.
25:06 - An this here is the primary reason I want the Jaleco Arcade Collection Evercade cartridge; Rod Land. I've always liked the look of the game; very cute and makes me think of Team 17's Qwak.
27:42 - An Rod Land had a puzzle spin-off from the looks of it? I always find it odd when a game consisting of a singular entry gets a genre changed spin-off game (unless there is a Rod Land 2 that I'm unaware of).
Of games that interested me, there is Astyanax, Avenging Spirit, Big Run, Chimera Beast, My Connection, Exerizer, Ninja Kazan, The Lord of King, P47: The Phantom Fighter, Pinbo, Rod Land and Saint Dragon.

24:09 Jaleco must have had the widest gamit of really good games and just f-ing weird ones. This Parallel Turn game??? I'm actually a semi-pro skier in real life. Worst ski game ever, contending to be the worst game ever? Is it literally button mashing to run UPHILL in a straightline ( I call that a Herring Bone in real life) racing the chairlift? I seriously can't imagine which is worse .. the idea of doing it in real life, or paying a quarter to pretend to do it in real life! Hilariously weird stuff.
