    nice tutorial, but not very correct: the twisted surface has a continuity with the planar surfaces, like in the drawing presented in the first seconds of the tutorial, maybe there is another way to model this part in Inventor ? we have here the video tutorial for CATIA v5: ruclips.net/video/zAWMkHAsCVo/видео.html

      I understand what you say, I also like the solution in Catia. What I wanted to show was the real process of manufacturing with real bends, as you can see in the film. That tangent and beautiful curves are not easy to be obtained and they increase the price per part - this is why I presented a real, commercial example, „in the first seconds”.

      @@prof-stancescu maybe you can try to create a nice curve and extrude a rectangle along that curve, I say this because in the real process there is no sharp edge between the twisted surface and the planar surfaces, the bracket is deformed as a solid and the material flows
