an evil part of me wishes that would have been a blue coin. I can just imagine thousands of people pulling their hair out trying figure out where the hell this last blue coin in rico harbor is as well as all the speedrunners groaning in pain when it comes time to collect it lmao.
Speedrunners would 100% find a way to route mission 8 so you can talk to the duck ring riders while collecting blue coins in between waiting for the next one.
@Jr0890 a remake where the team could put in all of the cut ideas and fix bugs, not a remaster, 3d all stars isn't that bad but I hated every single one of the fluddless stages and the second Rollercoaster shine where I have to pop the balloons, I really liked the mysterious hotel delfino stage thou
I really grew up on this game in it’s prime. Man we adults who were kids in the early 2000’s had the golden age of technology. I don’t care if tech is better now. Nobody enjoys the tech like we did in our time💯 it’s all social media and phones. We sat and played video games with no phone for years
Did you know there’s colored Squids in one of the levels, and Mario rides them, they look like there Splatoon inklings but younger and can’t turn to human forms yet, in Mario Sunshine!
But did you know after when bowser Jr floods the Town, there’s a connection to Splatoon when Inklings and Octolings tried to find land that was Dry, and everything was Flooded, and that’s how Splatoon was made, thanks to Bowser Jr by flooding the Whole town and everyone in it.
I feel like this was super commonly talked about back then and jsut forgotten after the games popularity. There’s so many things close to this is insane. It feels like 90% of the game is hidden stuff like this and the 10% is the actual game itself and it shows
And then when they added GameCube controller support they didn’t bother to change around the button colors to reflect the using of the GameCube controller.

It took me over a decade to find out how to go back to brinstar from chozodia in metroid zero mission. I thought it was a point of no return like in metroid fusion. Near the end of the game you cant go back. You can save after that point, so you have to retart the game from the begining if you save after the point of no return. If you want to continue getting upgrades.
My only problem with Super Mario Sunshine is making Bowser and Bowser Jr. the main bosses. Wario and Waluigi were clearly made to be the antagonists of this game. Waluigi having the magic paint-brush and Wario having a magic spray-can.
Maybe it is just a personal preference, but I feel like this short could have been shorter, showing straight up the 3 dialogs without the needless wait for the third guy, the video is edited already, why not edit that part out and have respect for the viewers time by doing that.

Yeah the squids are called Bloopers! But there’s probably no connection to Splatoon cuz Sunshine came out a looong time before Splatoon did.
