The person playing the synthesizer keyboard, has clubbed fingers. Meaning he is not getting enough oxygen which turns his nails round and clubbed. He needs to get himself checked for lung cancer. It is the first and classic symptom of lung cancer. I hope whoever uploaded this reads this and inform him.
