@paraawesome i partially agree i LOVE the mech. Q but i dont feel its enough in heavy traffic areas the electronics help "fill in the gap" per se but thats just my 2cents
To me driving these rigs red light and siren is one of the perks. I it is fun as hell. Don't get me wrong I am a firm believer in safe apparatus operations but half the fun is getting there. It is often dangerous you can expect the public to do some of the dumbest things when they see you coming. It is the drivers job to get the apparatus to the scene in a safe timely manner. That is the challenge.
very very nice job i love these old engines and the sound of their sirens =) i love these "classic" lights the leds today are very bright and they make a good job but i think the old rotating bracons where much nicer =)
@TheThh Our rigs look just like your rigs Canadian. Its because WE MAKE THEM & SELL THEM TO YOU! Canada couldn't build a lawn tractor much less a firetruck.
