I agree with those that did not like the safety conditions and I know the plant has been replacing this manual method with automatic cleaning systems.

Hi Jenin, They applied 8,000 psi but, after obtaining more experience and discussing this matter with others, I would recommend applying above 13,000 psi. The problem would be that this level of water jet pressures makes it extremely difficult to handle the nozzle manually (not an impossible task at about 10 KSi though).
