Things are finally going in the right direction. Hopefully the 7600 XT will have more vram, if it's priced appropriately that will be the go to budget buy for mainstream buyers.
@@gogetablue7905 for the price not as bad anymore but def would be better for the price to reach near $220-230ish maybe this years black friday & cyber monday
@@gogetablue7905 It's relatively disappointing considering it didn't blow the brakes off the market, but at $270 it's still the best value in terms of fps per dollar. The somewhat lacking vram is regrettable but for 1080p budget buyers it's not a HUGE deal. I dunno, I think people (as usual) just got their expectations way too high with AMD for this specific release. This is the lowest end card in the mainstream stack, and it's a decent value.
If I had one tip left for AMD and board partners? If you want this to be a launch success, make a white one. Don't double the price. Add a $20 premium but make a white one. I already bought my case and I went with a black case because I couldn't find parts to go with a White case. Asrock had a white variant for the 79000XTX but it was exclusive to Taichi models. They only wanted $20 more but Taichi XTX model is the flagship model. The Hellhound 7900XTX? $1050 more for the identical card... but white. I've never been to Taiwan.. maybe there is a tax on white paint. It's like Cuban cigars in the US or some shit but wow.. just wow.. tl:dr make a white one..
I think this is a 1080p GPU. As you state. But to me 1080p is a baseline res in 2023. We all want 4K capable cards. I am surprised that to get 4k cards we have to pay nearly five times more for PC. However, I think you have done a fair review of what this card does and for what resolution it works best at. Think I will stick with my RTX 3070 for at least another 12 months. It is solid, good RGB, and buying a 4060Ti/7600 GPU would be a side-grade, at best. Which is what many PC gamers are doing. They ain't buying this gen of GPU's. We want value for money and a decent uplift in performance, not a good enough to sell card.
@@ZFGFZDGDFG I would look toward buying the 7900 XTX in your position. It's cheaper and offers better rasterization performance than the 4080. That is, unless you are also planning on running heavy workstation and production workloads, where Nvidia cards tend to shine.
1080p king Im suprised it can do 144 for this price Im considering to downgrade my 6700xt reference for a pulse 7600 considering a buddy of mine wants to buy my rig for $600++
I would recommend the 6700 xt solely for the increased VRAM. In many of the other tests I've seen, the 6700 xt tends to outperform the 7600 and offers an overall better value for money, being able to play most games at 1440p max settings with little to no problem. I'm also looking to get the 6700 xt for my PC build.
Hello wonderful gaming community. New gamer here. I was thinking to buy R7 5700x and rx6700xt with 32gb ram. Is it a good idea for 1080p gaming streaming and sometimes recording.
I have build with ryzen 5 3600 / rx 7600 / 16gb ram... And it crashes when i use unlimited fps. Could it be because i have 550w powersupply? is it soo small?
some one need to explain to me, why i5 13400f ? while it is a good cpu for the price, isnt it a bit to fast for the rx 7600 ? shouldnt be a ryzen 5600 be eough cpu horsepower ? so same performance for 100-dollars less ?
The 5600 is great for this card, no doubt about it. The reason he went with the 13400f in this video is because Ryzen 5000 has reached the end of its life.
If you are planning on playing 1440p stick with your 6700 since it has more vram (10gb) this will give you more performance at those higher res vs the 7600
So long as FPS are above 60 (TRUE frames, not including the fake smoothing generated frames) then photorealistic game TEXTURES will MASSIVELY improve your gaming experience, and better textures just need more VRAM without any real hit on FPS. So, AMD would have been better off keeping the $30 "cut" and spending it to increase the VRAM to 16GB instead. Just about all RUclips channels are saying do NOT buy ANY GPU with less than 16GB VRAM in 2023 or you WILL regret it even with some current games, and most new triple A games as they come out, even at 1080p ultra settings! If you're on a low budget WAIT until July for the deals/competition to drive prices down and get a 16GB VRAM card! NVidia is marketing the RTX4060Ti and AMD the RX7600 as providing the "ultimate 1080p experience" ; leaving aside the fact that mainstream 1080p gaming has been around for about 20 years and so resolutions that low is a joke, but even that low claim is not true because if you turn on "ultra settings", which of course includes Ray tracing, there are SEVERAL current games where it FAILS even at 1080p, with lows falling to 2 or 3 FPS frequently with stutters, making those games unplayable at "ultimate 1080p", proving NVidia and AMD to be mis-selling crap graphics cards.
This is a weird bunch of benchmarks. In every other review I've seen the 7600 usually didn't beat the 6700 non XT, never beat the 6700XT at any resolution and didn't come close to the 6750XT.
@william marine yeah it does, it means ALL politicians and elected leaders are as worthless, incompetent, and are liars. Who should be taken to the middle of the street with blindfolds on into oncoming traffic.
@GeekaWhat I respect your opinion but We may have to agree to disagree, I dont think it's fair to the consumer to come with 8gb card in 2023 when it cost them nothing, 0, to add an extra 2gbs, but they'll sure charge the extra $75 (£80 or so) in a month when they re-release the same card with 10gb or 12gb as Nividia is doing with the 4060. That's a scam. No less than 10gb in 2023 and beyond that's the benchmark as gamers, but not to the corporations (amd nividia) and that's frustrating.
