We never watched Rajkumar's movies for his looks. We watched his movies for his acting. It's sad that such talented actor was so insecure about his looks. To be honest, he was not even looking that bad to go through surgery. Now he looks weird after the surgery. Also if he only worked on his personality, speech and style a little bit, he never needed these type of surgeries. These things are also unnecessary because he was already good actor. But if he wanted to go towards mainstream movies or glamourous world of bollywood than these things would have been better option than a surgery.
