Hello ,here used 10ml from water ,why ? Can used another volume and effect on measurment ?
You can use any volume you want without affecting the measurement so long as you use enough that the liquid can reach the start line and end line.
the time required to go from A to B will change, but if you keep the same amount for both solutions that will give you the same result
