Sure it but I think you will only be able to play it at 720p.

Farcry 5 and farcry new dawn doesn't perform too well on higher resolution on my specs. But ryzen 5 is a good processor so I think there will be better fps.

I don't think you will be able to play it on high at 1080p but 720p is a possibility
