What does ASMR stand for? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.
What is ASMR? To me, it's a really cool sensation that some of us get in response to some auditory (sound - whispers, tapping, hand sounds) or visual triggers (hand movements, watching someone focus, draw, paint, etc. or personal attention). For some it's a tingling or vibrating feeling often felt in the head, neck, shoulders, and/or back, and can change based on different triggers. It can feel like a tingly scalp massage or just a relaxing feeling all over.
For people who don't experience the ASMR tingles, these videos can still be helpful to destress, relax, or as a sleep aid.

I'm so glad, laura! Thanks!
Wow! Handmovements at its Best! As always! Thank You!
So glad you enjoyed it, Frank! Thank YOU!
I had a headache and this video helped a lot! Very relaxing 💖
Sorry to hear about the headache, Analissa! Glad I could help :)
This is putting me in the perfect relaxed happy zone before heading into my studio. Thank you, great video all around. And yes, the little cup was good. 👍
Glad I could help! I've been checking out some of your videos - love the sounds and visuals. The whole esthetic is so great!
So, I have Covid, and at night I’ve been chilling, and it’s been so hard to fall asleep. But I turn on your videos, and I go to sleep 😴 just like that. Thank you so much!!!! Your videos are amazing! ❤️
Oh, no, Lanna! Sorry! I hope you're feeling better! So glad I could help you get some sleep. 💜
That totally worked! Thank you so much for the tingles! ❤❤❤
Yay!! New video!!! You’ve been missed 🥰
Awww, thanks, Bonnie! I wish I could do more! Life is just so LIFE!! Ah!
I completely understand that!! I just love your videos, you’re definitely my favorite asmr-tist! I can’t tell you how many sleepless nights I have and just listening to your voice really helps me relax. (I hope that didn’t sound creepy) 🥰 thank you for everything you do ❤️ I really appreciate you 💕
@@bonniegenovesi1380 Not creepy at ALL! I'm also an avid ASMR consumer, so I completely understand. Glad I can be there to help calm you a bit :)
this was too perfect
😊
Yay--a much appreciated video after a long day! Thanks!!
You're welcome, Melanie! Good to see you! :)
Oohhh where was a bit at like 23 mins where you brushed the much with your sleeve while doing the hand movements and it was super tingly 😍😍 that's combo is gold!
I'm so glad! I ALMOST cut it since it was a mic bump, but then I thought, wait! Maybe it's tingly with the sleave!! I'm always second guessing what everyone else will think is tingly or not! Ahh!
I can’t even make it to 23 minutes without falling asleep. 😂😴
Very relaxing sounds! 🥰
Thanks!
You are the best ASMR for me
Awww, thanks so much, Bayan!
You are doing everything right. Its just a matter of time till you get more followers
Awww, thanks, Flojd!
You deserve more recognition! This is amazing! I'm so glad I found you!
Glad you found me too, Billy! Thanks you!
I personally get a feeling of "unevenness" when there is a lot of focus on the left or the right. This can be a bit dissatisfying for me. So the horizontal movements going repetitively between both sides I found the most enjoyable! Thanks for the video
Oh, that makes sense, Eline! Thank you for the feedback - glad you enjoyed the more even bits at least! :)
I'm the same way and i honestly thought i was the only person who felt like this. it effects life daily. makes the simple things in life unsatisfying in a way
@@young_C-E-O you're never the only one!
How long does it take to style your hair? It looks great!
Not long, just add product and blow dry. The blow drying does take a bit, even though it's short though. The end result is a bit hit or miss, just depends on my hairs mood that day. It's sort of a mix of wavy/curly/doesn't know what it wants to do! 😆 Thank you! :)
You kind of look like the bunny from the movie "Secret life of pets"!
I haven't see it before - just googled it and I'm not quite sure how to take that comparison! 😆
