Really good information on what you need to do to get to Bear Lake. Didn't know that about 'parks'. Cool. Aww, that's sad about the Big Kahuna. Love seeing the herd. WOW! Great tips. Sprague and Bear Lake are gorgeous. Moose are amazing creatures, but you are right, they are dangerous. You had some amazing shots throughout the video. Thanks.
Thank you so much. Yes loser very dangerous. A couple and the two dogs were just attacked yesterday down the way from my house. They were simply walking the dogs. Both are in the hospital and the dogs are okay. But they had to put the moose down and the calf that the moose was protecting will probably end up starving. It's very sad
Hi! Loved seeing those elk, so beautiful. I would love to see bighorn sheep, too. The mountains are so gorgeous. Yikes about that road with no railings! Good thing there is an alternative. You are blessed to live near this park!
Great info on the parks and how to make the best of your visit. Sad about the Big Kahuna - you got some awesome footage of the wildlife CM👍🏻👍🏻 another great vlog my friends
I love hiking around Bear Lake, but we continue on the trail and head past Nymph, Dream and then up to Emerald Lake. I have just sat up by Emerald Lake for a few hours and enjoyed the view. It is such a beautiful area. I have never seen a moose there, but I have seen plenty of elk. Trail Ridge Road is awesome, but then again I am not afraid of heights!! Great tips!
I wish I could hike up to emerald lake. We just physically cannot we have some disabilities that we deal with. The moose started showing up on the east side of the park a couple years ago. Years went by and I had never seen one. Now every time I go I see moose
Great information. I'll be visiting this NP someday in the next few years. Thanks for all the information and pointers. It will be useful for future planning. Have a nice day.
Excellent information about the Rock Mountain National Park and beautiful scenic views of the park and great shots of the wildlife. I enjoyed to the 13:28 end. Thank you my friend.
Thanks for the great vid, hope to get out there someday. So much to see. No dogs ,I never thought about that one. Makes sense though. Appreciate your vids, always something good to see and learn. Bol with y'all's garden, blessins n thanks
Totally awesome tips, with the pictures - we are aching to go back to Colorado and hike beyond the Stanley. All of the wild life that you caught on camera......WOW!! thank you for sharing.
Wow! Amazing vlog! We could watch wildlife all day! Great tips on the easier walks and from a local. Enjoyed very much. Full watch, like 53! Have a wonderful week!
Those views are ahhhmazing 😮 Awe daddy passed away 😢 Ok I would be scared to be around the moose lol!’ Yep I got problem with heights and would be panicking so I would take the other way haha!! One of these days we would love to get out that way!!! Thanks for sharing 😁
Beautiful parks... wish we would have had some time to spend in them. Maybe someday. Thank you for sharing this information... was able to see them through your videos. Your photos looked like postcards! 👻
Each of those places... absolutely stunning. Your really great with that camera. The shots of the wildlife were awesome. It's sad the big Daddy elk passed, but what a wonderful gift of camera catches of him you shared with us. Safe travels my friends! 🤗💕
It was so sad when he passed. Some wildlife photographers found him. Ranger say he died of natural causes. He's been around for a long time. And was famous in these parks
1st half of video was great. 2nd half was laughable. Trail Ridge Road is a must see! I have traveled this road in every decade of my life. But, back to the video, thanks to the nice person who posted it.
Hi and thanks, Colorado Martini for taking me to Pocky Mountain National Park which I have never been to. . Do you mind me asking if I can kayak on the lake? Do I need permission in advance if so? .This is an exclusively Informative video I have never watched, especially for a person like me who is not familiar with this area and I thank you. Adding to my bucket list. WEll done and keep coming. Look forward to exploring more videos. 🤗🤗
We are so pleased you enjoyed the video. You will have to check which lakes you can put a kayak in on their website. I believe none. Because now that I think of it. I have never seen a boat on any of those lakes.
Many many thanks! I was just discussing with Gypsy Lynn about our reservation to Bear Lake. We got ours for 10AM. I'm hoping that will be early enough. I know the Trail Ridge Road is going to be something for her, depending if it rains, I may end up just doing the smaller loop. I do not want to be on that road when its raining. We've been through that once before on Going To The Sun Road with rain and fog. Very very informative! Kudos on the video!
I understand about the hiking. I can't do the ones that are to hard anymore. Sorry the big Elk died, but that's the final result, Right!! The Stanley Hotel is the one you did a video on, correct? There's a lot to do there. I think I'd like to try the ugly road. Looks fun to me. Another nice video. So much to do there👍47
Thank you for your video, you answered so many questions for me…we are visiting during spring break and wanted to visit forest canyon overlook but I guess that’ll have to be for another trip during summer
You're so sweet to watch so many videos. Thank you so much for taking the time. And don't forget to let me know if that rock turns out to be dinosaur skin

Thank you for the information! My wife and I are planning on visiting in late September to early October. Based on your experience do you think most of the trails will still be open? I know the weather can get unpredictable during that time of the year.
