    Many thanks for these meal preps as a beginner vegan it's difficult or hard to figure out what to eat and I find myself grabbing just a piece of fruit but doesn't fill my appetite, so I so much appreciate these video's and can't wait to try them!     I loved the video and the meal ideas! Meal prep makes everything easier when your are busy or have a child. I agree the portion sizes are a bit small.. I would need a bigger container or eat 2 at a time. Thanks for sharing! I'd love to see what you are feeding baby Max. Also I love seeing his smile, it brightens my day! 😀

      We're so glad you enjoyed this one! Yes, we're big eaters hah!...These recipes, luckily, will make enough to fill larger container for 4 days, or probably 1 week's worth of these smaller container sizes, depending on appetite! :D That being said, we found that, for example, with the lunch salad, once you bring with a half an avocado and lime, and a decent amount of greens if ends up being pretty filling, probably around 450 cal!

    Yes, I've just recently started meal prepping so I can have healthy lunches Monday through Friday while I am at work… Please do more of meal prep… Quick and easy and healthy !!! 👩🏻👌🏻

      @@EatMoveRest I would def like to see more meal prep videos that include a full day's worth of eating (and what ingredients I need to make 4 days worth), as opposed to your meal prep videos with 3 dinners. Though, I suppose you do it that way because you're primarily raw til 4. Makes sense! Just a viewer preference, but loving everything I've seen from you guys honestly!

    I have tried the meal prep thing but both hubby and I can't stand eating the same things all week. As professional cooks we live for just making what we want. I give mad props to anyone who can do that.

    This is so wonderful! Thank you guys so much for sharing 🙋I work at a hospital so I'm away for about 13 hours a day on the days that I work and my husband works Monday through Friday in an office setting where he doesn't have access to a blender/juicer. Seeing your meal preps are so helpful thank you for the great ideas, we can't wait to try these out! I'm also breastfeeding and have an eight month old son along with a 5 and 2 year old.     Love your videos! Good information. How often do you Workout? What are your thoughts on just doing hot yoga 3-4 time per week? Can yoga build and shape muscle or should I add some weights to shape muscle more? In the past I did mostly traditional workouts such as weights, cardio etc and then I felt I needed a change. I have been vegan plant based, now high raw for over five years and I feel....amazing!!!!

      While yoga is great, if you are wanting to really see growth, change, and toning up, then it would be best to include some form of resistance training into your weekly routine! The more weight you lift, the more your muscles and body, overall, will change!

      Thanks a bunch! No it isn’t, but I just used soaked rinsed cashews with the Fresh Jax Thai Spice Blend and a bit of water to blend! You can also use curry powder! There is also a link in the description to our easy cashew cheese sauce which is equally as delicious!

      They are silicone! Found them on Amazon and are great for working out in and cooking in without worrying about ruining or losing them!

    Great ideas but meals looks tiny. I would need 3 servings lol do u serve with a salad or more veggies? Personally I just put things in big containers and serve when we hungry. Just an idea.

      We always eat extra fruit with breakfast, and make lunch into a salad and bring greens and avocado for it. Dinner we also eat more sweet potatoes than just one each. We realized our recipes make more than enough and we would need larger containers for our next meal prep! Although I’m sure these portions work for many people. It all depends on metabolism and activity level!

    Have you ever considered soaking your quinoa and eating raw instead of cooking? I've been researching the benefits to release phytic acid (anti-nutrient) and activate enzymes. It also would keep you on the raw till 4 plan! Check out Lou Corona who educates people on the benefits of eating raw, live and cultured foods. Thanks for another great video!

      Haha yup, we eat a lot, and honestly, the lunch and dinner recipes make enough to fill larger containers for each day, or to fill up more small containers for more than 4 days!

      Yes! We do all the time, they’re definitely a great option and it’s good to rotate the greens that you use!

    How long would you say it took you to be confident as a vegan? We are newly vegan after reading “How not to die” I’ve been eating animal products my whole life while being told they’re healthy! My world view has been blown up. Anyway, I didn’t eat a horrible diet before and it’s going well so far. I feel amazing!! Thanks for your food ideas, I need them, and I have a two year old so that’s the tricky part.

    Great video. So many feels. Okay so first Dusty got a hair cut! Can’t handle the heat I’m assuming Hahaa and I mean that in the nicest way. Second I love that you guys are thinking of Max and for something that has a 2 year old yes always take snacks and food for him, easiest of course if he eats what you eat. Also that channa masala looked so good, but the star of the show was the Thai spice cashew cream. I do cashew cream weekly and this is such a cool twist to it. There like 10.99/lb bulk here do you guys find cashews for less? Even if it’s online I’d love to know, if there is anyway I can get a lower price, but hey maybe I have it good in Texas and don’t even realize. Thanks!

      Thank you so much for your kind words, Carly! We’re so glad you enjoyed the vid, and yes, the cashew cream is sooo delicious! It tastes really similar to a Thai yellow curry dish! We don’t find cashews much cheaper than that, especially bc we buy raw organic!

    How may calories would this be roughly for the whole day of these meals?

      Probably 1200-1500 cal, but the recipes makes enough to at least double each portion. We would either double them next time or bring snacks for in between, which we normally do anyways. For example, a bowl of mixed berries and bananas between breakfast and lunch, and maybe an extra smoothie between lunch and dinner. We will for sure share another meal prep or what I eat in a day vid soon!!
