    ...like button SMASHED :-) these hammy ones have been immense. I'm carrying a strain right nr. the sitbone so being mindful and listening to my body. These movements you're teaching us are the best bar none.

    How many of hamstring should we do in week my quads are weak and its stiff and painful at times

      best to mix it up as much as you can and aim for 15min a day
