Thank you so much for saying this. My critical inner voice has been especially loud lately and I fear that it may have driven a wedge between my boyfriend and I. I'm trying to be more compassionate to myself and my boyfriend but it's difficult when I've been so critical of myself for so long. I will definitely do the work though-it's worth it.
