It does not éxiste literally in french, but "oniro" refers to dream, and "naute" refers to a traveller. So Onironaute can ne translate as "The DreamTraveller"... something like that =)

well L'onironaute means the " the sailor of the dreams..you see the word oniro in greek means dream and nautis means sailor :)
