Your Display no signal problem may be a hardware issue. You can test your DisplayPort connection with another DisplayPort cable or even with another computer or monitor. Check and see if the trouble comes from the cable or from the ports.

I can't put more than 60 Hz at 1920x1080 and max. 120 hz can only at 1024x768, do you have any suggestions? Maybe he won't let me because of the video card?

hey i was having a problem where i could only put 120hz with display port, so i just created a custom resulotion on nvidia panel with 1920x1080 240hz and it worked

With old GPU ussing DP cable i can reach 144 Hz, HDMI only 120 HZ. It was a GPU problem after all.
