I'm an alevel student and I'm burnt out😢 I have 2 weeks of exams left and I'm so sad because I've worked so hard so far but I can't get myself to study. I didn't do any of these things I just studied hard-core before😭
@@laurenamber3709 Hi I just recovered from my burnout! What I did was change the environment- I went to a new university library and it was so nice. I'm now a lot more productive. Also I think a lot of people feel the same way so don't worry!
@bria7885 @laurenamber3709 I’m just now seeing this. Firstly congrats on how far you’ve come! A levels aren’t easy so well done for keeping your head above water this whole time! I’ll just add a few things to what I said in the video. I found a change of environment helpful too, study somewhere new, it helps you to recalibrate and makes studying feel less mundane. Exercise- people don’t see the importance of physical activity but it helps me so much when im dealing with stress. You don’t need a gym membership, nice walks/park runs will do. The weather’s been really nice lately (if you’re in the UK), spend some time outside doing fun things it gives you a nice break from studying and helps you recharge really. Lastly you might find speaking to someone close to you about how you’re feeling helpful too I don’t know if this helps- but just know that there’s someone out here cheering the both of you on! All the best in your exams, take it easy on yourselves and go and smash it💕 you’ve come so far you should be proud of yourselves!
