Episode 16 animation style focused mostly on fluid movement rather than detailing it was a good choice since the team were short on manpower and deadline
And the team involved already had mentioned that the quality of a few upcoming episodes might drop because of unrealistic deadlines....

It has nothing to do with character being hero or villain

so lets start by answering why rumbling was stopped when zeke died, royal blood needs to be in contact with the power of founding titan to start and keep the rumbling going. since zeke thought he has royal blood so he can use ymir for his plan although it was unsuccessful because ymir chose to go with erens plans. so ymir let the founding titan (eren) use rumbling and kept zeke trapped so the 2 necessary conditions for rumbling. so when zeke died 1 one the conditions failed to meet which stopped rumbling.
idk who mikasa married or even she did or not coz it doesnt matter coz now she is free, free to do everything , even free from eren . so that question itself feel stupid. even if she did married jean and had a lot of kids and died happily, that good . i m happy for her and even eren will be (i suppose)
and he killed his own mother coz thats what made his who he is , coz if that didnt happed he wouldnt even be the protagonist of the story neither will he would have the choice to save anyone coz the people who matter to him would have been saved from the beginning if her mother didnt died.
and the worm like creature ... imagine it like a parasite , he needs a host to survive. but in the last fight we was him attacking which is a plot hole . but what i think is he had a host which was both eren and ymir eren was using the ability of founding titan to be the colossal titan( coz colossal titans was made from founding titan itself , so founding titans can make u any kind of titan if u use it at its full potential, unlike prev users) so the parasite was the embodiment of ymirs rage on humanity and ymir was the host and since she didnt had had a body at the moment so the true form of that parasite was in battle (controlled by ymir) but since she saw mikasa killing eren she understood everything ( which u all already know) and since eren erased titans from existance and ymir also was fixed(cant think of another word) so both the host were absent and that parasite cant survive in itself in the open atmosphere so he vaporized like other titans.
if u still have doubt or u disagree on something i can debate coz for me AOT is a masterpiece (factually) and will be forever .
