That’s not really true. RFK can for sure clean up the FDA, NIH, etc if he’s given the power and from the steps he’s already laid out, which are only the parts of his plan he’s willing to disclose, they will not be able to go back to poisoning our food after. If you put someone like him in charge of each sector, it could be done.
